CarSmart Auto Service, St. Louis MO

It's been three years, but here we go again. Took the old 2005 Malibu in for a routine Inspection mechanic called us 4 hours later. Said it was gonna be $4200 to pass inspection needs a new exhaust system suspension parts bad and check engine light on.

We Took it to another place (honest) The very next day for inspection. They patched my exhaust tiny hole and replaced the front headlight bulb. The total is $58.
I wouldn't take a lawnmower up to this place and have it Repaired by these thieves. Stay clear I'm done with them.

Patrick is so helpful & they are great mechanics! I don't go anywhere else, they make sure I understand what's going on with the car and offer fantastic service.

You want quality service Quality Parts done right the first time then you better bring your car to Car Smart I I work with five other Auto Services and they were Clueless Car Smart fix my car correctly the first time just like it should be done they take you home they pick you up no bologna they tell you what it's going to cost it might not be cheap but it's done right so consequently you're actually saving money cuz they do it right the first time I will never go anywhere else in fact I'll be back there in about 3 weeks and you can take that to the bank

I had the AAA inspection done at Carsmart because my life-long service station had closed. Patrick was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained everything to me. They performed 15 years of deferred maintenance in 2 days and lent me a car. Patrick kept me updated on the progress. Carsmart went over and above in service. I appreciate the cleanliness of the shop. Caremark is my new service station.

We hit debris on the interstate with our car and knocked a hole in the oil pan. They immediately took the car in from a tow the next day and assessed the damaged. Oil pan replaced same day and they cleaned oil off the vehicle. Back up and running again. Fast, great service.

I have used Carsmart for many years. They have always been very professional. They send pictures. I always appreciate their thoroughness in checking out my car so I know it is safe even if I just had an oil change. Several months ago someone ran me off the road and I got a flat tire. While waiting for AAA to put on the spare, I called them in a panic. I knew I would need a new tire and wheel at the very least. Dan calmed me down and then went over what they would look at once I got the car there. It was such a relief to know I was in safe and honest hands to evaluate the damage and get the repairs done.

This place is incredible. Patrick, Dan, and the rest of the guys are so kind and always dumb things down for me who knows nothing about cars. I never feel like they're taking advantage of me and they always make sure I'm getting the best deal. They offer a driving service as well that is so helpful! Usually will get the work done within a day if you specify that you need it done fast. BEST PLACE EVER!

CarSmart on Watson is my husband's favorite auto service shop. My oil change coverage through the dealer ran out so I decided to start taking my Malibu there too. When I called they were all booked up. I was leaving town later that day and was in a spot. Without hesitation they told me I could drop it off and they would work it in. Not only did they get the job done they were finished by 1: 00pm so I was on my way out of town on time. They are the best!

The best customer service that I have ever received from, any company. Dan, Patrick and the techs are true professionals. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
