Provide good service and you leave knowing your vehicle has been repaired with the best service and by experienced mechanics. Would not hesitate to recommend their service to others.

This place literally ripped my wife off. I've never seen a case of lies and deceptionfrom an auto repairshop in my 57yrs. I am not illiterate when it comes to car repair. This placed charged my wife1100 dollars for a thermostat and battery replacement. The mechanic claimed he fixed brakes. But they went to floor when we drove it. Claimed he fixedrear lights. Theydnt work. Left tire flat. Cap off mastercylinder. Almost caused my wife tobe involvedina fatalcrash. No receipt for parts they claim they bought. No detailed list of work done. The car was taken there to installa thermostat and battery. They did not return used battery. They refusedto refund money. This place is the worstI've ever seen. I am suing. Warning do not take your vehicleto this place

Work on the exhaust system of my parents' handicap-accessible van was well done and finished when promised. We are very satisfied.

Took in shuttle bus cause something kept draining my battery. After keeping my bus for two days, they say the 2nd battery underneath bus and the wires need to be be replaced ($1500), I ask so is that why my battery under the hood keeps draining? He says I don't know, we won't know until we fix this first. So u want me to pay u $1500 for a maybe, not going to happen. Then charges me a140 dollars for a diagnostic which come to find out u never did because the battery on the bus had been dead the whole time. Told me they had it on the charger half the day and it will not charge. Took it to auto zone got it charged right up. These ppl will over charge u for things you don't need then state that they been in service a long time, yeah serving friends and family. If u are a new customer they will try to take advantage of you.

I've been going there for years and the guys have always treated me with respect and fairness. Never once did I ever feel pressured or like they were trying to get over on me. They keep it real and give me an honest assessment of my vehicles every time. Great people, great work, great shop! I HIGHLY recommend them.

I am a Missouri resident stationed at Fort Knox, Kentucky. I did a ton of research about getting our vehicles registered, only to be told that we needed an emissions test when we tried to register at the DMV. My wife made the trip from KY, and was really frustrated that she had to make an extra trip, after already paying for an OD/ID verification at another shop. The gentleman at Carson-Natural Bridge Auto got my wife's car into the shop right away and waived the fee, since we had already paid for the OD/ID and when he found out that I am an active duty Soldier. Please use this business that helped take care of a military spouse, when the service member couldn't be there. We will certainly use them when we are home visiting family.

Very nice, friendly professionals. Brought my car in because we ran over a nail and they patched it up quickly, and only charged me 25 bucks!

It took a while to find a good auto shop after moving to STL. This is a good one
