CARSTAR of Raytown

I cannot speak highly enough of CARSTAR Raytown! There were a few hiccups along the way of repairing my Honda Fit, but John was great at communicating with me and getting my car all fixed up. I will be recommending anyone who needs a body shop to come here!

They were very accommodating I had major damage to my car and they got it done earlier than expected which I was thrilled with And it looks awesome. Plus they washed it and cleaned inside did not expect that! Cannot even tell where damage was.

I was updated on progress daily. Completion date was accurate. They detailed inside and removed all debris that thieves left behind as well as outside wash. Looked better than when I dropped it off. Thanks Jon.

They're super friendly, repaired my van like absolutely new! Even detailed my van before I picked it up. They're ALL awesome, helpful and very knowledgeable! If I ever crash again, I'll be going right back there!

Not only do they take forever to finally look at your vehicle, but then their mechanic will misdiagnose the issue and tell you that your vehicle is safe to drive, when the engine is actually not firing. Another auto mechanic informed me there was frame damage and issues, but the people here claimed my issue was not related to the accident. Based on other reviews, it looks like if you are going here for insurance, DON’T!

Took for front bumper damage. They got my car looking great, even flattened out my license plate after it got bent in accident. Detailed car, looks amazing, very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and will return in future.

Had a great experience here, my car was fixed in a timely manner and the employees were very professional!

Now I didn’t get the chance to experience their services in regards to vehicle repair because my insurance decided that my vehicle was a “total loss” BUT when it comes to customer service this shop is TOP TIER. They are all so nice and communicated with me so well with everything. When I get my new vehicle I know exactly who I’ll be bringing my car too if I have any issues. I especially loved the receptionist she is the sweetest and also very welcoming. She also made me laugh when I was dealing with so much stress, I needed that. This is my second time using this facility and Im pleased with how they coordinate with the rental car place to have a seamless transfer from one vehicle to the other. I also love how they detailed the inside when they were done! No smuggy footprints or grease stains. I highly recommend them.

CarStar did a wonderful repair inspite of a very difficult vehicle. Just a bumper but the truck had a lot of corrosion.

We used Raytown CarStar for an insurance claim and significant front end repair on our Explorer after an accident. They were communicative through the process, and got the repair done in the amount of time they estimated. That’s huge for me, I hate being strung along by a repair shop! The gentlemen in the office were always helpful and polite, I was impressed throughout the process and would definitely recommend this shop.
