Everyone was great to work with. Dustin kept me updated on my car repairs regularly. I never had to call for updates. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Every step went smoothly from a making an appointment to have them look at car to picking it up when it was ready. The staff were very friendly. We were even able to leave hertz rental car with them when it was time to return the rental.

I have never been in an accident before like this. CarStar made sure that this was the easiest process possible. The entire right side of car ended up damaged including the head light. They ensured I understood everything that needed to happen and made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time. They provided me transportation to and from my rental pick up/drop off, even offered to pick me up at work and drop it back off after estimate. Their pricing aligned with any other body shop. But the customer service and attention to detail is what took it to the next level for me. I got back what looks like a brand new vehicle in a very quick time frame, what I thought would take 2-4 weeks only took a week! And side perk from the Springfield location was their pup waiting for belly rubs, sweetest lil baby dog! Needless to say, overall was very happy with my experience and would recommend this location to anyone that needs body work

My experience could not have been any better. Everyone here was so nice and really made the repair experience amazing for me. I got rear ended and from the minute I called, everyone was so nice and I got met with great customer service. I had never been in an accident before and Dustin walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. They were very understanding about everything and helped me with the rental car process as well. They got my car done even sooner than they had expected and it looks as good as new. Their shop dog Gracie also makes such a good greeter for customers coming in:)

Had an accident with truck. This shop provided a ride for me. Did excellent work on damages. My truck looks like new. Cleaned the interior. Kept me updated

Some hiccups in the process, but nothing that didnt get worked out in the end. Repair work looks fantastic, never would be able to tell anything happened to the car
