Avoid Carvana at all cost. They sell cars they don’t have all the paperwork for and leave to customers in a horrible position
I bought a car from them at the end of November and now 7 weeks later they are still having problems obtaining the title to the car they sold me. It’s almost impossible to get any information on what is going on and I’m making payments on a vehicle I don’t legally own. Do your homework I’m not the only person that can’t get the title to there car.

Overall 3/5 stars. The delivery of my new vehicle was on time and the pickup of my trade in was easy.

My complaint is the cosmetic condition of my new car. From what I had seen, Carvana seems to be very precise in notating cosmetic imperfections in every listing, which is why I chose the car I bought. It had only one noted cosmetic flaw.

Upon receiving my new vehicle, all 4 wheels are in terrible condition. They are faded, pitted and in rough shape. One of the wheels is very noticeably repaired from previous curb rash. Which is extremely upsetting as the wheels were one of the reasons we bought the car.

The storage on the back of the front passenger seat is completely broken and bent. Which also was not noted in the listing.

The headlights are heavily scratched and in bad shape as well and that was also not noted in the listing.

Again, overall I rate my experience a 3/5 as the process was easy but the car was not as listed as far as cosmetic condition goes.

The purchase was fast and easy. After driving the vehicle for a couple of days realized that the car has an oil leak. Hopefully this extra warranty works to get things fixed.

The lady at the counter was very friendly and efficient, and it was really fun watching the car arrive. Be prepared with one person outside and one inside of you want to record your vehicle's arrival. It's actually more impressive from outside! I dinged one star because our car is still noticeably dirty inside and out (finger gunk on the steering wheel and buttons, and dirt visible in the creases around the trunk and doors outside. Otherwise a positive experience comparable to buying a car at a regular lot, plus you get to put a coin in a car "vending machine"

I have had an amazing experience with Carvana! At first I was a little skeptical about purchasing a car off of the website, however I am pleased to tell you that I absolutely love my new car! No issues whatsoever! I would recommend Carvana to my closest family and friends and all of you! No hassle, no cringy sales persons. The delivery was on time and the representative was very nice and a pleasure to do business with! I am so very satisfied Carvana! Thank you for this amazing experience!

Was a really easy process. Problem is im inpatient I wanted car now. Thats on me walked in sign a couple pieces of paper. Watch car come down vending machine clean out my trade off I went stress free no dealers simple and easy

I will say upfront that purchasing the shopping and purchasing, my 2016 Volvo XC 90, went with very little trouble. It was after that I purchased the vehicle that issues started.

A flaw in the application kept asking me to finish the set up of my trade in even though I had selected not to trade my current vehicle in. Yes, I checked to see how much Carvana would offer me. My wife and I decided to keep the current vehicle. Because of this my order was cancelled, even though I had submitted the $1,290 shipping fee.

I called the company immeditely. I will say that customer service was excellent with fixing the issue, and holding the car for me so I would not lose it. The issue was the system treated this like a new purchase and another shipping fee, $1,290, was removed from my account. This took about 4-5 days to correct.

The vehicle was delivered on Dec 9,2023. This happened with no issues. The delivery driver was very friendly and was actually early. The next morning I see that I have an alert for a large amount withdrawn from the same account. I call Carvana and I am told that a down payment was mistakenly taken from my account, and that I would have to wait until the 7 day test drive expired to start the refund.

This is close to 3k removed from my account without my permission. As I type I am on the phone with an agent still trying to get the last $1,290 back. I don't know what would have happened if I did not have the extra money in my account. Also let's not forget this is all happening during holiday season.

It would be very petty and a lie to give one star, when some many people did everything right, but the system needs work so that things like this don't happen to people in not great financial situations.

I just bought my second car from Carvana. Every person that I have dealt with has been fantastic. I recently had an issue with the car I was purchasing. And carvana switched everything up when the car became a problem. I ended up with all of my problems being solved. And everybody involved being just fantastic to deal with. Including the person who delivered my car. Very professional, very easy and I recommend it to all of my friends considering purchasing a vehicle. Good job.

Well my Father sold his car, they picked it up and

he has never received his check for $16,000 so seller beware, and they don't want to answer the phone or they have a chat bot that answers questions not even relevant to anything

Super fast and easy to get my car! Watching it come down the vending machine was a really cool experience. There was a bit of a delay with my car, but the staff were super friendly and helpful!

They took my money prior to being authorized for a car, before even sending in my payslips and such, AFTER cacelling my order all together. But they felt that was sufficient enough to take money out of my account and then attempt to tell me it was nonrefundable.
I only got my money back after being in contact with the better business bureau and the attorney General.

Don't be like me and learn every lesson the hard way.

Carvana isn't even accredited by the better business bureau and there are THOUSANDS of complaints against them through the BBB.

Nobody at this company is helpful. NOBODY is on the same page. And speaking to a supervisor or manager? I was literally told "one can call you back in a couple of days" condescending much, a-hole? Sent in all my information. Got insurance I was forced to pay prior to getting the car that I ultimately didn't get. Some people may have had success somehow. But I truly feel carvana is a scam and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

And then it got better! I cancelled my order and they STILL took the money
out of my account because the person I spoke with failed to cancel my order.

I have now spoken with three different people just to cancel my order.
Just watch out.

They'll take your money with and without concent.

In response to carvanas comment, no, you can't find my account using my name. BECAUSE I CANCELLED MY DAMN ORDER! AND YALL STILL TOOK MY MONEY!

Straight up terrible! 0/10 go literally anywhere else. I’m 20 days into what should have been an easy and convenient process as they advertise. Still no car and not even able to get the one I put a down payment on. A literal nightmare
