Food is always delicious and the service is always great. Serve a damn good margarita too.
The food is excellent at Casa Sol but the service has unfortunately gotten slow to the point of excruciating, hence the lower rating. My family has been coming here since they opened and this used to be our favorite restaurant in Farmington. However, it's going to be a while before we return after our last experience of waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for our food - even after we ordered immediately upon arrival. We had to wait thirty minutes just for someone to walk by so we could ask for more chips and refills. I feel for them as they just don't have enough people working, but the staff don't even have time to be friendly anymore. I definitely don't recommend this place to families since little kids only have so much patience when waiting for their food!
Another perfect stop spot when I'm back in Farmington. The service is great and the food is too.
Adam, the owner, is the best. This restaurant has the most authentic Mexican food in Farmington. The staff is the friendliest. Best tequila selection within 50 miles. Gui that works in the bar is so friendly and helpful. Very very welcoming to EVERYONE!
Highly discourage anyone from coming here. Came with my boyfriend and two kids and they charged us 15 a piece for KIDS literally a 4 and 6 year old. Snd told us it was our fault we didn’t send food back when it was a bigger size
