18Don't waste your time here! Food is never out. I wanted 1 slice of pizza and asked the girl behind the counter when she would have some out and she said it's going to be a long time. Very rude! I always have experiences like this at this store. Management better do something before they lose All of their customers!
This place always disappoints me I usually go about 4: 30 in the morning (after I get off work and I work 35 min aways from them) and they never have breakfast pizza they don’t even have one in the process of being made…. And I ask them if they could make one like how long would it take and they just say there not going to make one right now… I don’t even get gas after that I just go somewhere else… they obviously don’t care at all about customers…
A man there was starting to fill lunch hot case. I asked if he could just hand me 2 slices. He said he couldn't he had to fill the hot wheel. No one else there, they were just sitting there. He said he's doing his job. Does that mean you can't hand the customer 2 slices of pizza?
Great pizza and great service. Only reason not 5 stars is they never pick up the phone. I've been trying for almost an hour to get threw to verify that the order I placed online went threw cause I never received a confirmation email but it said it did when I oreder it.
It seems that every single time I call to order a pizza I have to call multiple times. Not once or twice or even three times. Most of the time I have to call at least five times before anyone will answer. This time around I called seven times before just giving up and ordering a pizza from Casey’s in a completely different town. This is ridiculous.
Rude staff! Didn't receive an entire sub and was told she was just a cook and nothing she could do about it and could give me a number to call tomorrow because there was no manager on duty.tomorrow doesn't help dinner being ruined tonight. What I did receive was not cooked well either. Hung up on when trying to resolve the issue. Sad, not many places to have delivered in this town and now this one is out, at least until whoever that was is gone.
I ordered a taco pizza. It was horrible there was to much cheese, barely any tomato’s, more cheese than sauce and no Doritos. And it tasted so sour? The popcorn chicken was good though
Went to get a sub sandwich and the lady who makes the sandwiches (skinny brunette with glasses) says there isnt anyone to make sandwiches today!
When Danielle is in the kitchen my food always comes out perfect! Love the pizza and wings!
I came in to this store to order a pizza there was a lady back there just standing and a second lady went back and they just stood there, they finally asked what I wanted with disgust on the face then the second lady that took my order yelled from around the corner asking what is wanted they acted like they didn't wanna take my order wasn't pleased with the service
This stores customer service policies are horrid. They will randomly, and frequently, disable their online ordering with no explanation almost always in the evening. Then when you call to place an order they refuse to even pick up the phone. I guess they hate money. To make it worse they don't even deliver their own pizzas anymore. They farmed it out to Door Dash so now instead of getting an order delivered in under 30 minutes you have to wait a minimum of 45 minutes. Usually longer. They have ZERO consideration of their customers. Sacrificing service for profit and sheer laziness.
Every time we order a pizza something is messed up. Ordered a taco pizza and it doesn't have any lettuce or dorritos on it. Didn't even tell us if they were out of those or not. At least if I knew they were out (if they were) I could have ordered something different.
Lots of app issues. Call and ask questions staff doesn't know the answers. I've ordered delivery before. Regular night, no games huge wait times.
There hasn't been a single time that I've ever called this Casey's (because they don't allow you to use the app to order at this location) that the order time for pickup is less than an hour and a half. Yet, there is never any pizza being made when you walk in. I'm sure the Pizza Hut across the street appreciates the business.
Stopped in the other night around 10 pm I walked in saw a customer standing at the counter I just thought the cashier was getting his pizza I went to the cooler for water not much of a selection allot of empty spots decided to grab a piece of pizza ouf of luck again 2 pieces of what at one time was pizza looked like dried up cardboard. I go to check out and the same guy is still waiting along with another customer so 3 of us waiting to be checked out a couple of minutes later a cashier slowly makes his way to the register I had been in the store for at least 6 minutes. So not sure how long he was in the back.
As a convenient store, you offer many things others don’t offer. However, missing the little things. Keeping the window squeegees in good order with water. Not having to come inside to get a receipt for my gas purchase. And periodically cleaning the side walk and parking lot of all the spills.
The cashier was super nice and cool. They always helps me out but they pizza I ordered was half pepperoni and half beef but they gave me half cheese and half beef. Kinda bummed me out man.
No matter what, when I try to order a pizza they come up with some excuse as to why it can’t be made. Literally every time. Kearney never has a problem making pizza.
