Casey's, Richmond MO

Very very very poor pizza service. I have ordered pizzas from here multiple times and they are horrible at Expediteing orders. 4 times of being 20 minutes or more later than what is told on app or on phone. I would recommend calling at time of what is given before going to pick up.

Pizza was good but the driver didn't knock on the door or anything to let us know they were here just left the pizza and left

I bought old Casey's chow! It says "best if sold by 9/18" today is 9/9 they are definitely stale!

I just got pizza asked the cook was the pizza beef or pork? He said it was beef, ate about half and am now sick as a dog it was pork not beef.

Tried this spot in the past with a friend and I am addicted ever since. I loved the good character and fresh food and drinks. Kudos.

Staff is always friendly. Always clean inside and out.been going there for years.never disappointed

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CASEY'S PIZZA'S. AND Honestly, I've been a customer of this Casey's location in Richmond MO for more than 3+years and I'd be surprised to see ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THIS Location.

I was a faithful customer in Pittsburg, KS. I found the staff (Forest a Senior gentleman) to be extremely courteous, very friendly, and always willing to help, their attitudes are positive and pleasant. One ASIAN young man was a PSU Student. Now Alum, who is now in the Military still communicates with me now.

The Richmond MO, location's, Evening Manager is Sweet. Very Professional He.remembers me, & He's very considerate as well as my * Favorite staff member "Sierra" a (pizza maker/driver) I adore her and all staff, they Remember your order and because I'm a Senior and disabled.they have Personally bought my Pizza to me at my car, so I wouldn't have to stand or walk back inside or stand inside the store.

I have posted My Casey's Pizza's on Facebook.and boasted to hundreds of people about how delicious my "Supreme Pizza's are with Hot Italian Sausage & Extra Mushroom. I seriously don't buy Pizza anywhere else!

Friendly knowledgable staff, clean facilities, good hot food. Their app is the only thing I can suggest improving upon.and the only improvements I suggest on there is being able to use caseys cash rewards on gas purchases rather than only offering cents off per gal. And more points per gallon purchased (like at least 10 instead of only 5.) should have more offers regularly as well.

Besssstttttt pizza! Not a bunch of places to eat in Richmond but this is definitely top 3! Order was only wrong once and it was made right, almost always done with the time given and staff is usually nice.

I always stop by buying some food in here. I liked the efficient customer service and well cooked dishes. Keep it up.
