We ordered 2 pizza's tonight. James made us the best Casey's pizza we've had in a very long time. They were perfect in every way! When giving me our order, James was also super nice, polite and cheerful

Was in and out. Cashier was running both registers to ensure fast transactions. Was greeted and thanked.

Bought gas here, gas was cheap, place looked ok, pumps worked well, used debit at pump, had to go inside to get a receipt pump was out of paper, didn’t bother me to bad, short line inside, didn’t take very long, I didn’t use restrooms or look around store

Ordered a pizza crust wasn’t cooked barely even warm. Doughy and gross. It’s hard to get anything done right in branson

This is the most unsatisfactory Casey's store I have ever encountered during my travels. The pumps at this Casey's are notably outdated. Their lack of support for NFC payments at the pump is a glaring oversight in today's technological world. Moreover, the continued reliance on magnetic strip transactions, instead of incorporating more secure chip reader technology, resulted in an unfortunate decline of my debit card because my bank now mandates chip transactions for enhanced security. It is essential to highlight that the law necessitated an upgrade to chip readers by April 17th, 2021, which raises concerns about their compliance with legal obligations. Additionally, the absence of E-15 and E-85 fuel options at this Casey's location is profoundly disappointing. Not only does offering these blends give consumers greater choice, but it also contributes to environmental sustainability. Moreover, it is worth noting that the failure to disclose the ethanol content on the pump violates another legal requirement, further undermining the establishment's commitment to adhering to regulations. Furthermore, the inefficiency of the pumps in dispensing fuel is a significant cause for concern. The slow rate of fuel flow disrupts the convenience that customers rightfully expect when refueling their vehicles. Moreover, the lack of receipt paper in the pumps suggests a lack of attention to basic operational requirements, further adding to the frustration experienced during my visit. As a loyal customer who has exclusively patronized Casey's for numerous years, I can not overstate my profound frustration and anger resulting from this experience.

Avoid! Nothing works. Pumps don't take credit cards, ice machine broken, dirty. Worst Casey's I've ever seen.

Gas pump card readers would not read cards.went inside to tell the cashier, and cashier had no sense of urgency in the matte acted as if he didn’t care!

I moved here a few months ago and the place keeps getting worse. First they said lack of staff, and that’s why the coffee area and the paper goods were all missing and not put out then they blamed it on lack of supplies. Every time I get gas I’m supposed to get a receipt. The last three times I’ve went there. There is no receipt that prints out. When you go in to ask for one they act like you’re putting them out.where are you from? If they do that they give you a free drink to apologize the whole point of paying with your credit card and so you don’t go inside. Especially if you have young children now you have to get them all out of the car.it’s extremely pollen here so it’s not worth washing my car when I knew it was going to rain tonight.so I thought I’ll just go fill my tank. I need $50 worth of gas and I’ll use the squeegee to get the grime off my windows. I went to go try to wash my windows. Two of the squeegee’s were completely broken one I put on my window and it was missing all the rubber. Thankfully it didn’t scratch my window. The other one was so raggedy. It was torn to pieces, so I went over to get the other one from the other pumps and there is no liquid / water it’s not really a good location to go to unless you’re a tourist and it’s right on the strip. It’s sad they think they can make excuses because they treat tourists and locals this way.

Carolyn! I hope the company sees and rewards THIS awesome lady with a raise, lunch, promotion, just everything they can! The only one behind the counter this morning, she was working two registers, just kinda floating.it was art. A must-see and I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Had a bad experience the other day.the cashier had an issue with another customer ok fine but then continued to talk badly about said customer in front of other customers and to other employees. Not very professional. I wish I could say this was the first time at this store that this ever happened. Have some class and be professional.they obviously don't hire ppl of high standards.

Most Casey stores I’ve visited are dirty, disorganized. The employees are the same. Absolutely the worst bathrooms I’ve ever been in. I’m assuming corporate has the same mentality as far as cleanliness goes!

Not sure why but we have visited 3 times over 2 years and have been disappointed every time. Once they were completely out of gas. Next time they were out of inventory of fountain drinks

Less than half the card readers work so you’ll have to go in and prepay which defeats the purpose because they only have one register opened with hardly any staff. Took 30 minutes to get 20 dollars worth of gas due to poor equipment, not properly staffed and just a general feeling that nobody cares.

The worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to. I know for a fact that for at least 2 months their pay at the pump machines have not been working! When you are in the way to work and you stop to get gas you don’t have time to wait in line to pay for gas and they want you to pre pay! They have lots of people that are not going back to that station because of these issues!

I was treated very poor buy your counter person on 11/12/2022 @ 8: 46 AM.he said I was being very narcissistic because I wanted to pay for my gas that I had already pumped and I also wanted to have a sandwich that I had laid on the counter he wouldn’t ring them up together and he wouldn’t put the sandwich on my card so I left a sandwich on the counter and walked out and he said I was being narcissistic! I feel like he was being very rude to me. And I won’t go back to that Casey’s in Branson Missouri

I really wish I could give 0 stars. This place gets worse and worse every time I come but I think tonight just topped it all. Store And kitchen managers really need to learn how to order. Almost everything is out of stock. Took one in the kitchen a little bit to even realize there were customers and then assumed I was there for a pick up order when I wanted a sandwich. Then proceeded to drink her drink in the kitchen and then get back to making pizzas (same gloves on). Another cook came out (gloves on) and started making sandwiches while running around the kitchen and doing other tasks such as putting away dishes and utensils. I wanted my sandwich toasted so he picked it up, got a pan from the sandwich toaster, carried it around the kitchen almost setting my sandwich on the pizza table trying to get the paper off the pan. Finally got fresh paper on the pan and toasted it. Finished with mine and began another along with other tasks. All of this was done with the Same gloves on! So many health hazards in the kitchen and performed by these 2 employees. The cashier was so behind he said loudly "oh sweet Jesus" when he realized how long the line was. I feel this is a little inappropriate for customer service even though he was polite. This store is becoming a joke. Store managers and district management have Really gone down hill and Someone needs to step in.
