53 separate times now over the last few months I've ordered a specific pizza and the automated system tells me that they have the Canadian bacon pizza and it accepts the order then they don't have it. It's not a complicates request.
Had a coupon for a free large. The coupon doesn’t expire until the 31st. Followed the rules of the coupon and told them over the phone we had it the coupon. Went in to pick up our pizza with coupon in hand. The guy didn’t scan the coupon. Ripped it up and said our coupon had been ‘comprised. ’ I supposed our coupon was apart of the CIA or something. Very odd.
It can be a little pricey the lines can be long sometimes good Pizza & stuff they cook in the kitchen and clean
I've been a big caseys pizza and donut fan for many years. This location is the one you want for pizza and donuts. It has consistently had the best core staff and final product for a very long time.
Casey's used to have fresh donuts every morning and hot coffee and I would make it my usual stop on the way to work in the mornings to grab a few donuts and hot coffee. But unfortunately when I stopped by to grab a few of the glazed donuts there hasn't had a good selection of donuts to choose from. There were maybe three different kinds and only a couple of each. The box was literally cleaned out of donuts that is. This is disappointing to me I dont know what happened. Well, then when I had picked one of the few offered the donuts were dry or stale like they were a day old. That's not even the worst part! This time their were little Nats flying around in the box landing on donuts. There wasn't just one or two there was at least 10 or 15. It really grossed me out and I definitely skipped out on getting some donuts after what I had witnessed. I love Casey's don't get me wrong. I'm a Rewards member but things have changed around that store I don't know if it's new employees or not enough customers so they don't make enough but it's not the same Casey's. So if they don't fix their donut and Nats issue I'm going to have to find me a new spot to stop and get donuts in the morning.
