7Why are the pumps broken? For way too long they've been out of service. We try to buy all our gas here but it's not easy when it takes so long.
Nice stop when better town's. The staff are friendly and there is no lack of items.expect for long handle squeegees I guess from other reviews.
I mostly stop here for the gas prices, while not always the lowest, most of the time they are for me.
This is the 3rd Casey's we have been to that does not offer long handled for self windshield washing. They cater to BIG RIGS and do not offer the tools. I talked to the cashier just to make sure it wasn't an oversight, and she stated that although so many people ask, they just don't offer it. That is ridiculous.
Decent store. Men’s room has one urinal and one toilet. Quite a few missed the urinal. That’s the bad thing. One person misses. The next person has to stand farther away to not step in the puddle. So they miss too, making the puddle bigger. Before you know it, we’re taking a wee from the doorway. LOL Assuming the ladies don’t miss as often, but guys restroom probably needs cleaned more often. No line for the bathroom. Quick in and out when we visited Sunday morning. Plenty of pumps with Tap to Pay. Squeezes and liquid needed replaced. The blades were warped and the liquid left streaks on the windshield. Simple fixes to move this top notch stop.
The cashiers on shift were nice.
Ordered food through the app and it took 40 minutes to get it but it was fresh.
Some truck parking that isn't full. Good place to stop in the Joplin area that isn't overly crowded with trucks fighting for a spot
Make a pizza order and they give time to pick up get to store at the time its supposed to be ready and they just put it in ove cause they to busy sitting up front talking to other people this been happening to offten
I've used Casey's for at least 30 years and I was very disappointed with this one. Which is unfortunate based on it's location, size and age. I recommend that you DO NOT use the air compressor. It's $1.75/3.5 minutes and it takes 3 minutes to figure out how to use it. At 11a, there were 3 pieces of breakfast pizza left and 4 regular slices and one container of chicken nuggets. Staff seem completely unprepared and more worried about talking than getting customers rung up.
