We love the staff and Dr Nitzel! It is always so easy to get in and be seen and they listen and address everything. Dr makes it about the kiddos and helping them grow up healthy and responsible for their health!

I saw dr sarma from childhood all the way until I was 20 and now I take my own daughter there too. I have personally never had any issues. Front desk is prompt with returning calls and the staff is caring

We've gone here since my 2 girls were little, now they're 16 and 13. Receptionist is fantastic. We've probably seen all of the doctors there over the years, and they are all wonderful. I definitely trust my children being under their care. I remember when they were babies I had to wait until they were accepting new patients, but I knew I wanted my kids to go there because I had heard so many good things about them. And We've been there ever since!

Very rude staff at reception. The lady at the front was serving her kind with a big smile in her face, immediately I walked in with my son, the smile disappeared & she asked me "What are you doing here? " I wanted to just leave but decided to give her a chance.
I showed her the wound on my son's arm. She proceeded to tell me that they cannot see him & asked if he has been there before. I said no but he has been at Children's Mercy (they are supposed to be an affiliate). She then said that they cannot see him today. This place was empty except for the mother and child she was attending to. I don't know y Children's Mercy is affiliated with such a place SMH.

I absolutely love Dr. Nitzle. My son has autism, and before I came here, no one would even consider testing him. Dr. Nitzle got him the testing and therapies he needed to thrive. Every time we make an appointment, all staff listens to my concerns. The nurses and receptionists are lovely. My son has always hated going to the doctor, but he is perfectly at ease here.

They refused my son as a new patient because he would need future shots even though I explained I really needed a pediatrician

Refused my child as a new patients because he has a previous diagnosis of adhd. When asked for further information on why we were being turned away, the receptionists stated “all the doctors are too full”. Yet, they are taking new patients?

My son was a patient here back in 2016 I had trouble with getting him treated for ear infections and asthma. Routine checks were fine but if he was sick I was better off taking him to children’s mercy hospital. I felt discriminated against for being a younger parent and felt my sons medical needs would be better taken care of at a larger practice. I decided to transfer him to a office in lee summit. Fast forward to now my family and I have moved back into the state (we’re a military family) and I found out our insurance assigned us to this office again. I called to make a appt and because of office policy they won’t accept me back because I transferred out to a local office. So beware they are petty.

We have been going here for 16+ years 4 kids. Receptionist are amazing people so are all the Nurses and Doctors. We have never had any bad experiences.for you people leaving negative comments you must be rude and dirty because it has always been clean and the nicest people work there.

I can't say enough GREAT things about all of the staff at Cass County Pediatrics! Joy at the front desk is the nicest person ever and she goes above and beyond to help with appointments and return phone calls. Dr. Gassman is completely amazing, as is her Nurse Practitioner. She helped us with everything from feeding and sleep schedules to reflux and congestion, and everything in between. She has went out of her way to spend as much time as we needed with her at each appointment and she takes the time to really explain things. Every Nurse we have had has been amazing as well! We really appreciate everything and they have made the newborn journey so much easier. I'm so glad that I found a Pediatrician that makes me feel heard and answers my questions.

Literal garbage. If you children are patients & decide to leave & get medical attention elsewhere, they will not accept you as a patient should you decide you to return. The doctors are a JOKE.

They are more worried about their pride than patient care: Had been taking my son their since he was born. He continued having upper respiratory issues. Finally took him back and said enough was enough and they determined it was allergies. Put him on several different meds at once and he continued to get sick, took him back more times, then finally asked them to run an allergy test to see what the triggers were so we could try to avoid them and him getting sick, they refused so we took him to another clinic (not a pediatrician) so they could order the test. Found the cause, stopped him from getting sick. Now the Cass pediatrics won’t let our other child go there because we got a second opinion for our son. Who I’m going to assume is also not allowed back.

I have been taking my kids here for 2 1/2 years now. We have had a great experience each and every time we have went. All the doctors are very thorough and truly do care about my children. It’s nice to see doctors with so much knowledge and not just guessing. The front staff ladies and nurse are very friendly too. I will continue taking my children there until they are grown. Thank you for exceptional service.

Been with this place since my daughter was born. Same doctor. Not really impressed with the place, but since we have been going there for a while, I deal with it. I went in there last week and expressed that I did not want someone to come into the office with me and my child. Although this person is not related to my child; they allowed that person to come in anyway. They also started to talk about my other child in front of these people and in the reception area, where ANYONE could have heard it. Seems like the privacy act of this doctors office has been compromised, they will be reported. All in all, not happy. You would think that the doctors that has been with me and my children for 7 years would understand, but no. This specific doctor always looks like she's being fake nice. Not to mention in this situation, they were 45 mins past the appointment time and forced us all to stay in a hostile environment. Very disappointed.
