Cass Regional Medical Center, Harrisonville MO

All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, and supportive when we brought in our toddler. We were seen quickly and were kept in the loop about what was happening. This visit to the ER was considerably better than our trip to Children’s Mercy. We will be utilizing the Cass Regional Medical Center for any future ER visits, if needed.

The staff at Cass Regional are some of the most patient attentive I have ever from the ER to the stay in the hospital. From addmintion to the many specialist doctors and test. And the nurses are A1 in my book.

Got me in as soon as I walked thru the door. Everyone was so nice and caring. In and out in about an hour and a half for smashed fingers. Highly recommend.

We got in and out of the ER within 3 hours and my daughter was taking care of very well. When we arrived although she didn’t look like she was in severe pain she was treated as she stated her pain was a 10 they quickly did every test they needed to run to see what the outcome result could be. Thankfully we walked away with good news and nothing terrible. This is my second time being here and they work so great with us quickly but not pushy and they truly care about patient health.

Admission process was very poor. Several people waited with one admissions clerk. Said CEO called staff meeting and that was their reasoning. When checking in with one clerk two other employees were directly behind the clerk doing their paperwork leisurely. Why there wasn’t a plan b for another employee to help with admissions is poor planning on the administration. Several patients were waiting and they were for the majority going to the rheumatologist. After I went down to the clinic and informed them we were there but bottlenecked at admissions the doctor himself went up to admissions to see what the problem was. Once we made it to the appointment his whole staff apologized for the experience we had. This occurred on the afternoon of November 16,2023.

An emergency visit. From out of town. (Bronchitis). Fast Caring treatment. Very helpful. A problem made as pleasant as possible. Thanks.

I took a loved one to the ER, everyone was so kind and helpful. Doctor especially was wonderful and explained everything well.

Physical Therapy worked on my shoulder problem. Jon D.is a great therapist, who provided me with awesome solutions.

All of the nurses, phlebotomists, staff and PA in the ER were super friendly and informative. I was in and out in less than 3 hours.
