Cassano's Pizza King, Hannibal MO

Had to ask waitress about our appetizer, she forgot to turn in our pizza order, everyone at our table had eaten their appetizers and their pizza. We had to ask about our pizza, never received it so we canceled and went somewhere else.

This is some of the best pizza that I have ever had. Their thin crust is on point. I can't wait to go here again. Can't believe that I have lived here for over 8 years and just tired their pizza this year. So disappointed that I have missed out all this time.

Their salads are always fresh and the pizza is good and reasonably priced. Service is good. We love dining here!

Would not recommend. Dirty inside. Everywhere. Expensive for pizza that my child thought was on a tortilla it's so thin. Everything else was fried and basic salads. Not what I'd expect for the prices. Service from the young man was excellent.

Friendly staff. Food was fresh and hot that was the 1st time I ever ate there they stayed open late for us after a church rally very good place

This was the first and last time my husband and I will ever eat at this place again. We arrived at 6: 50pm and it took our waitress Courtney 10 minutes to actually greet us and take drink orders and bring them to the table. It wasn't real busy. We ordered BBQ wings, cheese garlic bread, and a pizza. We asked for the wings and bread first. Order was placed at 7: 04pm and at 730pm our appetizers still weren't brought to us. The customers that came in after us though, got their appetizers and drinks within 10 minutes after they sat down. We finally got our waitress attention and she said I'll go check on them. I watched her walk behind the counter and stand there for a couple minutes then came back and said the cook is making them I'm sorry we are really busy. As I was asking her why customers that arrived after we did get there food first and letting her know that it doesn't take over 30 minutes to make appetizers, she went back and came out with our wings and bread and said be careful they are hot. The bread was cold and the wings were not done. When the pizza came out it was hot but wasn't great. My husband had to wait over 10 minutes to get a refill on tea. When I told our waitress about the wings still having blood inside them, she did nothing. We got up and paid our ticket, and I asked to speak with the manager. It took the manager Linda over 5 minutes to come talk to us. As we were waiting you could see in the kitchen and prep area, where there was food all over the floor. Grease caked on the floor. The kitchen floor had not been swept in a long while. There was no sanitation buckets at any of the 2 stations you were able to visibly see and finally when I did get to talk to the manager, she was very unprofessional. She tried to over talk and hurry us our before I could just let her know that the food was undercooked. She yelled out the waitress we have asking to bring our food to her across the restaurant as people were standing there and sitting trying to enjoy their meal. She loudly said I'm not refunding your money, I never asked her to, I was just trying to let her know about the food so she could let the cooks know so that nobody got sick. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. My husband and I go out to dinner alot and this is the first time we have ever had rude staff. The only reason they are getting even 1 star is so that I can post thos review.

Terrible service. Have been here twice in 3 years, have had to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes each time. The kitchen is Verrry slooow. The waitresses have been great and food is great, but something is wrong with kitchen staff. Never coming back.

Cassano's features regional specific pizza that you might not find back at home if you are travelling. The sauce has a flavor all it's own that most people including myself find very very tasty. Staff is currently (October 2021) having a tough time because of the worker shortage so plan to enjoy a long dinner and be patient. Prices are a bit steep compared to other pizza joints, however most locals find it worth it.

Food was good, staff is friendly. They need to clean tables more quickly but are suffering from staff shortages like everywhere at this time.

Attentive, friendly waiter (always impressed when they don't write a thing down and the entire order is correct!) Food never disappoints! Garlic cheese bread, chicken strips & 3 varieties of pizza and all was served hot and delicious!

Mom's Big Cheese! I recommend this place, at least for this pizza! Pizza was 4/5. Delivery was fast! Pizza arrived hot!

Waited over a hour and a half for are food to get cold pizzas, burnt cheese bread. In when we confronted the server that the food was cold she got a attitude in said they were under the heat lamp very upsetting we will not be coming to hannibals no more

The waiting staff are superb. The food is delicious. Cassano's has treated Hannibal pristine and perfect for over I think 30 years. Honestly I can't think of a better place where everyone can just kind of take their hat off. It's like every evening school is out for summer. The pitchers of soda or bottomless. And you just cannot get away without ordering a basket of their battered and deep fried mushrooms with a side of ranch dressing. That itself is almost a meal alone and a great appetizer for you and Friends and Love ones. Make sure you stop in today, tomorrow, or the next day you can. As of matter of fact have a birthday party!

Omg! This pizza is the best! I wish i had one closer.
Went again this weekend. There wasnt any meat on it only a ton of onions and some mushrooms. We ordered the same pizza as always. There was so many onions my daughter couldn't eat it. I was disappointed. Its my favorite pizza usually. I'm going to try them again sometime. I hope they fix the issue.

7/10/21 Pizza was amazing! Fresh and perfectly prepared. Sam was our server and was wonderful, as always. This restaurant, like all businesses right now, struggles to find good, reliable employees. Every single employee was friendly, outgoing and professional. Thank you!

We walked in 30 minutes before closing and our waitress was still very friendly, cracking jokes and having fun. We ate and left AFAP. Food was delicious!

Good food.service was a little slow but it was not due to lack of effort. Like everyone right now, they're looking for people who want to work & sadly, there seems to be a lack of applicants everywhere

As always, incredible pizza. I am NOT a thin crust pizza guy, but I always eat Cassano's until it's gone! It's AWESOME!
Whatever you like, it's great there! If you go for a supreme-style pizza, and you LOVE cheese, try the Vic's Big Cheese or Mom's Big Cheese (black olives vs Green / Red Peppers). Either come with enough cheese to "bind" it all together.
Otherwise, pepperoni, bacon, whatever, any single-topping or combination is great! I even had anchovies/black olives once! Wow! (seriously, I was surprised - but it smells!)
Right now, there are less workers than needed; but those who are there are dedicated, and worth a GENEROUS tip!
Always worth the wait; always worth the price! Great pizza, great employees, great everything!

I love their pizza. The spaghetti and meatballs and salad is tasty. Burgers and fries are good as well. There isn't other pizza places that can make their pizza taste the same.

Upside.both, the all meat and Don's special were heavily loaded with toppings. Wings were good as well as the toasted ravioli and marinara. Staff was friendly over the phone.

Downside.very bland for my taste, little sauce especially on the all meat making it dry. Took 70 minutes for delivery and they forgot our extra ranch I paid $1 each for.
