CC's City Broiler, Columbia MO

Our party of 8 was sat in a closet (I understand but this added to the evenings mishaps), our waiter Kyle never re-poured my glass of wine from the bottle I ordered I had to get up and do it myself, I asked for more bread twice, he messed up the check by charging me for 2 things that weren’t mind and a more expensive bottle of wine. When I told him about the check, he only corrected the wine charge and looked at me like there was nothing else he could do, then we were charged for bread… seriously? ! Your expensive restaurant can’t give bread anymore? ! I’ve never been charged for that (I don’t care how much it was, it’s just silly to charge for that). I dine here often and I must say it’s usually a desirable place for me and my husband/friends but the last couple of visits have been subpar.

Great steaks! I had the filet along with the beer battered lobster tail. It did not disappoint Great service and a quaint atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

It's the best steak dinner and best service you'll find. Yes, it's pricey, but worth the extra cost.

Great wood-fired food. Really cozy digs and good cocktails. The best scallops I ever had were from here. They were these massive, juicy, tender scalloped that were cooked over CC's signature wood-fired grill and they were amazing. The steak I had was also great, this is a good place to come for a special occasion.

Folks & I enjoyed the atmosphere but steaks not so much. Mine was cooked properly, but cut of meet gristley. Mom's cooked rare when she asked for medium rare, and gristley. Dad's cooked properly and tasted "ok, not great". Salads excellent. Asparagus deep fried flavorless that came with one steak. Excellent mashed potatoes. Excellent sourdough bread. Excellent mixed drink.

Just a great place. Excellent service and food. A little on the high side. This isnt a road side steak house. But worth the money for sure

Food was excellent, bottle of wine was great, service tonight was just okay by CC's standards based on previous visits.

Amazing food, amazing service and the chef I believe his name is Mario came out to greet us we felt at home. First time going and wont be the last

CC'is is a 5 all the way. My wife and I have been going there since their downtown store was in operation. Love this place.

If I have one nitpick - the dining area is a tad small. But I suppose that's what makes it special as the seating area is always packed. Also, parking can be slim pickings on some evenings too.

For all readers, I'm a steak guy, and I always get the Chairman of the Board (well, they changed the name) and it's the best steak cut I've ever eaten. Mrs. G has never been disappointed with any of the entrees she has tried.

Went for a friends birthday. Great service, amazing food! The bread and salad were delicious, and the steak was the best I've ever eaten.definitely recommend!

CC's City Broiler restaurant comes with amazing service, lovely atmosphere, professional quality menus, and to end it all off, top of the line food. I suggest this place to anyone near the Columbia area with an appetite ready for only the most exquisite cuisine.

Service is excellent. So was the steak, unique chopped salad, salt roasted baked potato and scallop appetizer. The lobster mashed potatoes, while good, were not worth the extra $7. Rib eye and tenderloin cooked perfectly. Will celebrate here again.

Awesome place, waiter was attentive and very good at taking care of our table. Great place to celebrate my birthday. Food was first class.

Disappointed. We were the third table seated, and they were already sold out on their prime rib. Some day, I hope to try theirs but it doesn't look promising.

Best place to eat in Columbia, hands down. You get a lot of quality food for a pretty decent price, and our waiter - Victor - was fantastic. Highly recommend the onion rings and the steaks.

Greatest steakhouse I have ever been to! This is coming from a guy who has lived in both Chicago and L. A and eaten at literally hundreds of steakhouses. The Gary’s steak is by far the finest piece of meat on the planet! YOU MUST EAT HERE!

This was our 3rd time here. We loved everything! My favorites this time were the crab and lobster bisque, and the creme brulee cheesecake. My husband doesn't like to drive over 10 minutes to go to a restaurant, but willingly drove 80 minutes to eat here! Great service with delicious food.

Fantastic food, and good service. I so wish we had this restaurant near us in Michigan, as i would definitely be a regular customer! The Sinatra steak dinner.yum! When next in Columbia we will make a point of going back to Cc's City Broiler.
