I live in St. Charles and belong to a large gym there, but I recently started spending more time in Troy where my boyfriend lives so I decided to try CDY where he is a member. It has everything I need to get the same workout I do at the larger gym. I also enjoy meeting new people because it's small enough where you recognize the dedicated members. Liz is very friendly and greets everyone by name and with a smile. I highly recommend this gym.

I've been working out at CDY fitness for about 6 months. It's nothing fancy, but for a guy like me who needs a place to break a sweat and throw some weights around over a lunch break, it's perfect. Nice variety of machines, plenty of free weights, and big enough that I never have to wait for anything. Rates are affordable as well.

I’ve been going to this gym for years. It has everything you need to have a good workout. If there isn’t something you need the owner tries her best to find a way to provide it for you.

The only gym that has an entire separate room for powerlifting!

CDY Fitness is an excellent gym that has everything from weights, to yoga, to swimming and even boxing. As a weightlifter only, I like the organization of the weight rooms and the 24/7 member access. I really love the location too.very easy to get to at Hwy 47 and 61. More importantly, going to CDY Fitness is like going to a family member's house. Liz Drew, the owner, is very professional and friendly. She knows everyone on a first name basis. And the gym members are very friendly too. Whether you are a gym rat or a beginner, members at CDY Fitness are very friendly and supportive. I'm glad and proud to call CDY Fitness my home away from home.

Awesome gym! Things are always kept really clean in here and the people are friendly. Lani is an awesome yoga teacher and I have loved going to her classes.

I’ve been working out on and off here for the past year and it’s great. If you want to come workout without being bothered it’s the best place for it. People won’t usually ever complain about noise as long as you stay slightly aware of it.

Awesome experience, the facility and equipment are very clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. A great place to achieve some balance.

Today I had a good workout as usual, been a customer here for a long time. Good place to workout, take a yoga class with exceptional instructors and body sculpt with a experienced trainer. Thanks Liz for always keeping me honest with my workouts

We were just visiting to tour the gym. From what I observed it looked like the gym had a lot to offer. We definitely plan on trying a class.

Best gym ever! Staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. Staff makes you feel like family.

You claim your gym is welcoming, yet you don't allow patrons to express their political opinions. I don't like the President of the United States either, but I believe everyone should be able to express their opinions, that's what democracy is.

CDY is family! Been to the big franchises, meh. CDY is the best around. Great people, great atmosphere, wide range of classes and training.
