Cedar Creek Lodge Apartments, St. Louis MO

I’ve been staying in Cedar Creek Lodge Apartments for about five months now since September 2022. So far it’s been great living here. I haven’t had any problems and if I was to have any problems, management, maintenance etc.get back to you in a properly timely manner.other tenants are very nice and friendly as well, it’s overall quiet here unless Maintenance is doing maintenance work that’s the only time it really get a bit noisy. It is a bit pricey, but the amount you pay is worth it.you have access to a on site laundromat etc.management here definitely are doing their best to keep everything clean, safe etc And I appreciate them for that. To anyone who is looking into getting a place here I say go for it because I was skeptical at first myself because of some of the bad reviews I read from years ago, but I just went by faith and went along with it and I love it here. Cedar Creek Lodge management has been amazing to work with over the last 7 months. Questions are answered promptly, as well as professionally. The communication about expectations are delivered in an appropriate manner and holds tenants accountable for keeping the living space organized and safe. I truly beleive the management has a genuine care about the tenants and goes above & beyond to always have their best interest at heart! If you're looking for a place that takes pride in their facilities then Cedar Creek Lodge is a place for you to settle down with just yourself or your family.

The staff have been very helpful during the lease process and the apartment is well worth the money I pay for rent. I love the area and community and couldn't ask for a better place to call my home. I would highly recommend Cedar Creek Lodge Apartments to anyone looking for a nice and peaceful place to live.

So I called to schedule a viewing asked about the price of a 1 bedroom. The website doesn't have the price listed but said 2 bedrooms where $735. A lady answered the phone so scheduled a tour when I asked about the price of a 1 bedroom she said $835 but she also informed me that the prices change DAILY. LIKE how is that even legal needless to say i canceled the viewing thats ridiculous and to me poor business practice. Save your money and please don't rent from them seems shady and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I had a horrible experience with viewing the apartment. I was showed the apt by Kristen, she didn’t greet me when coming into the office. She acted as if she didn’t want to answer my question regarding the employment discount program. Also I spoke with corporate they never emailed or gave me a call back. So I guess this is how they run their establishment. Most south county apts like this one will discriminate against you when you are AA. I provided everything I needed on my end just to not have any communication.

I've been living here for a few months now, it's been absolutely fantastic! The staff when signing the lease were very kind and helpful. Since moving in I've had a few small matinence issues, only an hour or two after submitting my request I'll get emailed making sure it's not an emergency and scheduling to get it fixed which us usually the next day! They've fixed everything quickly and well! Overall it's quiet, always clean, and just a great place to live!

I really like my apartment, the staff, and the environment here at Cedar Creek Lodge! The rooms are nice & spacious, any maintenance issues I've had have been solved immediately, and there's plenty of parking. I recommend

This is a gheto place. The staff managers ar fine since you sign the papers and than you ar living under pressure of rules. There ar no safety for cars too and the staff doesn't take sponsebility for that.also people shootting with guns too. The weed is smelling all the time. You will thanks me later.

Do not recommend living here. Management does nothing to fix issues or complaints. Just send emails reminding residents of the rules. Residents smoke in their units as they please. Will nickel and dime you for every thing from the lease to move out. Does not provide an adequate laundry facility. Most of the time half the washers are broken. Will not pay the money to allow for a laundry card forces you to use quarters. Had a couple of occasions where there was an infestation of wolf spiders, management promised that they had pest control coming to spray and they didn’t show up for a month. Ended up having treat our own apartment ourselves. Only allowed 24 hours notice for them to come in, most of the time it was not given in 24 hours. Did not have any mechanical issues with any of the appliances in the unit. Only allows one year leases to trap you in and suffer the consequences. If you break the lease after 6 month you pretty much owe them 4 out of the 6 remaining months in rent and earlier termination fees. Overall, not satisfied with my experience here. Would not recommend if you are not set on staying in the area for a year. Also would not recommend for families with small children, tenants drive 40 mph through the complex with little to no regard for anyone else. If you are looking for an honest opinion this is it.

I really wish I could give them zero stars. Don't apply here unless you want to be taken advantage of. They don't advertise any of their hidden fees anywhere you can see it. In my case they didn't tell me about the fees until after a long paperwork process AND after they already took payment from me. I immediately asked for a refund. This is no way to treat people.

The laundry machines break almost weekly. The system for getting packages delivered is ridiculous, half the time delivery trucks send it back because they can’t get in the building and the other half the packages get stolen from in front of your door. There’s also no email notification for things like parking lot floods, I had to rely on neighbors for information.

Told me they had units for immediate moving and units available on the 12th and to apply. I payed the $200 to apply and visited the next day. I was told that they don't have any units available untill the 18th. Either management are not being informed properly about availability or they lied. Apon walking the show unit I saw used needles outside the building. Person doing the walk didn't know about the buildings itself or the units. Couldn't figure out what internet providers are possible in the units, if noise easily travels between units, if units were heated by gas or electricity, or if I could view the lease before approval.

I expected alot more I guess. Seems more of an apartment that is for people who can't get accepted elsewhere than a place I'd like to call home.

Cedar Creek Lodge is comfortable and cozy! Kristen, Katie, and Joanne really walked me through the process and even helped me find renters insurance. It definitely felt I was in good hands!

This place is amazing! I went through some financial struggles this summer and through communication with them they worked something out with me and I got caught back up. Amazing staff and even better community!

I recently moved in on 9/1/21 I love my apartment it is so peaceful! I have a large 2 bedroom with a lot of space. My move in process was so smooth thanks Joanne for all your help. I will definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

After having moved here to relocate for a Job I can say I am thoroughly impressed with Cedar Creek Lodge, staff is friendly, plenty of parking, very quiet (great because I do work from home) and timely responses on all of my needs. Glad to call this my home.

Nice, clean, peaceful apartments. Management and staff are very nice and fix issues fast. Overall great experience so far.

We came to look at the apartments and were greeted by a rude lady. Who told us that my dog a Boston terrier (20lb 9yr old dog) was a restricted breed. I have never heard of such thing. Previously in 2019 I came to see them and was in impressed and had a very similar experience. I hoped that the fact that it was under new management would be better. However it was no better.

I was in a unique situation with another potential apartment before I decided to come see the model here. Once I saw it in person and was able to speak with Joanne, I decided that this would be the perfect place for my first apartment. She’s made me feel comfortable since I first talked to her. She even let me come see the bigger version of the model that I was interested in while there were renovations being done, so I could get a feel for the space and take a few measurements. The communication is great, which is a problem that I was dealing with before. Very responsive to emails and any questions that I’ve had. The area is quiet, clean, and close to my old college, so it’s nice to be somewhere familiar. I’m excited to be here, and I can’t wait to see how the next year plays out!

Been here for a very short time, and within that time I’ve felt very comfortable and rather safe in the area.it’s very quiet around here which it feel rather peaceful
