My advice to foreign nationals at their desk those ladies are slick and they put you on bottom off their list I’m not returning to this place anymore

Dr's and help are very kind and Dr's listen to your issues and don't disregard your opinion.

Always get in quickly, nice people and best of all I love my rheumatologist, NP Christie G.

I love this place! I feel I am taken care of very well here! They tend to their patients very well!

Plenty of parking available and easy access. Also parking for Disabled clinic.convenient and staff are friendly and professional thank you

I had a procedure done here in Feb 2020, and the care team/staff members in Perioperative Services were amazing! I was so nervous and they made me feel at ease. I felt well taken care of. Thank You!

Went smooth as silk, great nurses and registration personnel! Ct technician was very nice and caring for my comfort and nervousness.

Had a mammogram done at this facility and the staff were professional and kind, also the facility is great and the parking is easy.

Daughter had knee pain after school 16 yo, she has osgood schlatters disease. There for 1-1/2 hours, exam room then x-rays. Advised physical therapy, daughter refused, rest, ice and time out in physical education. When filling paperwork out I provided insurance card thought nothing of it. Nearly two years later out of the blue I received a bill for over $300 around holiday season. It was a surprise and after not hearing from them for so long.

There is not a better option in the St. Louis area for medical care than Barnes Jewish Christian (BJC) facilities.

Went to see the ent there. Asked for any dr notes to be faxed over its been 2 weeks and still havent received them. Nurse said that they arent responsible for do that. Absolutely useless.

I went to the orthopedic suite due to a foot injury. I waited for nearly an hour and a half to be seen by a resident who provided poor education and told me basic things such as ice and rest. Then, I was told to wait on another doctor and wait to get an x-ray. I did not believe that I needed an x-ray as I knew nothing was broken and figured that I had plantar fasciitis. And since I had been there for nearly 2 hours at this point and was told to wait on another doctor and x-rays, I asked to leave. The nurses and doctor were incredibly rude about me asking to leave and the doctor even told me "this isn't a jail", so I asked for them to show me the door. There is no reason as to why a patient has to wait nearly two hours and when expressing concern and requesting to leave, they were met with rude comments. Do not go here if you are wanting to get quality care as clearly these nurses and doctors are unable to provide that. I'm a nursing student and have never dealt with such unfriendly professionals who had no interest in my time. What a waste of my time and money!

I have been told by a Registered Nurse at this facility that some nurses and doctors are not being vaccinated for covid at this facility. Be cautious!

Why has it been 12 minutes and I'm STILL holding for someone to answer the phone? Just to connect me to the infection therapy clinic! This is insane! I love Barnes but dang South County let's do something about this phone system!

Customer service is so poor. I'm looking for a rheumatologist was seen a NP who was horrible who they just gave me after my doctor left and i can't get a response from the so called support team to make a change. Bull. I'm looking for another Doctor, I do have insurance! Health care in this country is the pits.too many hoops I see why people sue.but when i asked for a re refill on my med last spring and she said "I though i was just treating your RA I was through then. I have 5 auto immune disorders so why would you be just treating "one"? Basically you never read the history or notes! And "she" have to release me to see a real doctor at the Center for advanced medicine.again such bull have spoke to customer service periodically no progress what so ever.
