Wonderful care! Dr Moreno is the best… many years of dealing with issues and doctors not listening I found her and love her and her staff. Center point is a beautiful facility and everyone in survey were so amazing! I will drive the 1.5 hours every time to go to her!

Went in for gsw. Left with a bandage and not even a clean hand. Was told to come back Monday for the surgeon to sew me up. Monday surgeon wasn't there. Left again with another bandage and still 2 holes. Went to Truman and was handled appropriately immediately.

Technician made the mammogram as pleasant as possible. She was kind, sweet and courteous. Great visit!

Called in to get info on a family member and lady answering phones is horrible. She has an attitude problem. Seems like she hates her job!

We could not have asked for better care. All staff were friendly, supportive and professional. If you have to be in a hospital, choose Centerpoint.

I recently delivered our baby at Centerpoint and have no complaints. Our tour of the facilities was thorough beforehand. Registration was quick & easy when we arrived. Our labor and delivery nurse, Ashley, was amazing from the time we met. She even got some amazing pictures of our delivery - that meant so much. Dr Moreno was great during delivery and so supportive and kind. Every nurse we came into contact with during our stay was caring and treated us with the best care! I will definitely return to Centerpoint to deliver again. I don’t have anything negative to say about the labor and delivery unit, at all!

I arrived in the ER in bad shape. The staff recognized that and immediately started to work on me. I was in the hospital 9 days.

Nurses were great at first in the ER until they started arguing with each other and started being rude to patients out of anger. No one had a room and we were all just sitting in the waiting room with IV's in the middle of the night. No one told me what was wrong with me. I was given antibiotics and medicine and when I asked why I was given it the nurse didn't even know. I was discharged without anyone telling me the results of my blood work or explaining my CT scan results and the person that discharged me seemed confused when asked about what was wrong with me. I had to call after I left the ER to ask what was wrong with me and the nurse over the phone was rude and just kept telling me to login to my health portal which doesn't display results until the next day. Won't be coming back and I'm surprised everyone in the waiting room getting medicine etc. And talking about what's wrong with them Isn't a hippa violation considering I could hear what was wrong with other people there. Staff seemed very disorganized

I have never been treated so horribly until this stay at Centerpoint. I was transferred to another hospital, who found me on a soiled bed sheet! Which hadn’t been changed in over 24hrs! I was ignored constantly and it took over an hour to get meds! This was the most horrific stay I have ever had! Next time I’ll go to the pound, they might treat me better!

Everyone is so friendly and attentive to all your needs. Could not ask for a better experience!

This place saved my husband's life. They don't just throw meds at the symptoms, they look for the cause and heal the body. We couldn't have had a better team! Special shout out to Nurses Heather, Jordan, and Attali; Dr. Samani; our 3am "blood fairy", and 2 respiratory specialists. You guys were amazing.

I was very pleased with the care I received at Centerpoint ER. Everyone greeted me as I arrived. The nurses and MD attended to me very quickly.
