Whenever I come in here everyone is so helpful and friendly! Ashley helped me today and not only was she so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, she was also friendly and kind. It seems most encounters I have with most businesses are cold and transactional, and I am thankful to be treated here as a human being first, customer second (also somehow also first!) We came in to get a cashiers check for closing on our first home! We had one issue with a hold on a deposit which was scheduled to show in 5 business days. We needed our check one day sooner and they expedited the money for us to get our closing done on time! Additionally our teller Cyrus was so excited for us and was so determined to help us out. The way he conducts himself is so important for his position. Great attention and memory as well as personable. Thank you Cyrus, and thank you Central Bank.
