Horrible customer service doesn't do justice to just how bad their service is. My vehicle is leased through them and I need a personal property tax waiver to renew my registration. The call in number says to call back in 2 hours, the bank branch says to call the number and the online chat says to go to the branch or call the number that doesn't go anywhere. All I can do is default on my registration or refinance.
Update:
I was wrong to request the tax waiver through the bank. It comes from the county.
After my initial review, I did receive a friendly voice mail from a very helpful person at the bank. The message stated it was an unfortunate timing for me to call when I did since there was some maintenance on the system that has since been resolved. The gentlemen went above and beyond trying to look into getting the waiver for me, and probably would have if he looked in the correct county. I live in a confusing area, it is understandable he thought I lived in the next county over.
Regardless of my own misunderstanding, my rating must stand since I had no path to such service without having to post a public review of my experience. The employees I interacted with seemed to only know how to point to an inactive phone number and either could or would not connect me to someone with the understanding I needed.
Everyone not a thief when I asked to be show the policy on check cashing and you couldn’t do that because you are making it up as you go. Prejudice banking facility horrible customer service
