Cathy Thompson is great! When my wife and I were ready to build our house in 2021, Cathy was awesome to work with! She helped us through everything and fought to get us the best interest rate possible. She was very easy to work with and broke everything down for us to easily understand. She was easy to work with and was available on our schedule. I would highly recommend visiting with Cathy and seeing how she can help you with your home loan needs.

As for the rest of the bank, the staff is awesome! They work with us everytime we go in and are always willing to help. They always greet us with a smile and we love using them for our banking needs. They make every member of our family feel valued, even the dog - who gets a treat with we go in.

Whether looking for somewhere to bank or looking for a friendly and easy place to get a loan, I recommend you visit Cathy and the rest of the Central Bank staff in Odessa.

I canceled a service that allowed my account to be overdrawn by $300 the first year of covid. This service costs me $8.95 a month. I kept getting that charge each month after that and funds were still being taken out which accured overdraft fees. Each time I spoke to Hanna. She told me that funds would still come out that were scheduled. Recently, I was inside the bank and asked about my account. I was told the service was still in effect and I could not do anything about the fees taken. After I canceled this service in person that day, no funds have come out. Anything that was scheduled, I got a notification that I didn't have the funds. So what Hanna told me was a lie! I feel this was a personal attack due to her personal feelings towards me. I will be closing my account tomorrow!
