7This branch has the most wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. The Branch Manager, Tisha Radcliff, was extremely easy to work with and very efficient, great communication! I highly recommend banking here.
Recently, I had fraudulent activity that required me to close both my personal and business accounts. Terra Lenox at the Chesterfield branch stepped me thru each stage of the process.and continues to follow up, making sure I've updated all transactions. She is professional, yet personable and very knowledgeable. To say the least, I have had great customer service, which is why my husband and I have been customers for decades!
Terra at the Chesterfield Village branch has handled all my accounts since I had them set up. Could not be happier. She is wonderful.

Love this bank and the staff have always been wonderful! But they are not open on Saturday. It says they are but they are not. I’ve gone twice on Saturday and they’ve been closed both times. I thought it may be the drive through that was closed but it’s just closed completely on Saturdays.
Tisha at this branch has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of. If you're gonna bank with Central Bank, I can't recommend this branch enough.
