Central Bank, Eldon MO

DO NOT USE THIS BANK! I was with Central Bank for several years. I had disputed some charged on my account, and their poorly trained customer service rep disputed the WRONG charges. This error made by Central Bank has cost me almost $300, and they refuse to even acknowledge their employee made a mistake let alone fix it. It has been several months now, and I'm still out $291.03. If you value your financial health, you want a bank that protects you from scams. Sadly. This is not that bank.

There are so many more options in the area that offer better rates than central bank and I have to mention the customer service is the worst experience I've personally ever had

Currently waiting to speak with the best employee central bank in Eldon has. Jessica. She fixes everything for us. One of the drive through tellers cashed part of one of the 2 checks I deposited Saturday morning (10/26) and put a hold on the rest of not only the partial cashed check but the whole of the next check til tuesday. My husband has had the same local employer for well over a year so its not like its just a random check. This doeant happen when we talk to Jessica. Central bank, quit hiring freshly graduated kids or at least give them more training. You shouldn't be making mistakes with people's paychecks! I'm seriously trying to talk my husband into switching banks. Every month we speak to Jessica cuz someone makes a mistake. I even had to wait months after opening our account cuz my name was heavily misspelled and they printed my debit card like that. When I told them this I was told I could change it through the app. I could not! It had to be changed on my documents! I don't like this bank anymore. I only still have an account cuz it's joint.

Your customer service representative, Jessica Turpin was super friendly and very helpful with opening a checking account. 10/10 recommend.

I have been a Central Bank customer for 15 years. I moved away from Eldon 12 years ago but keep my accounts with the Eldon branch because the great service they have always provided me. I've used a number of their products and have always been happy with their service. Any time I call the bank, Taylor Bailey is always quick to help me!
