Everything about our experience with this service was first rate! They were courteous, professional, and timely. Our issue was assessed within minutes of call, and repair completed that day as soon as all other services had flagged their lines in the work area. They cleaned area extremely well after work and their fee was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

Had a backed up laundry room drain (had happened a couple of times in the past). This time, the water did not go down. This was the Friday after Thanksgiving. Called to schedule an appointment and were scheduled for Monday morning sometime. It got worse, so we decided that we did not want to wait the extra couple of days so paid the $100 for the emergency and they were out before 1pm to fix it. The tech was knowledgeable and efficient. I had been told about the $200 cost for the toilet removal and replacement if they needed a larger line so had already had the toilet off to avoid that charge. Took about 15 minutes to get the drain augered out and and cleared. Gave some suggestions for future action, cleaned up and left. We have had great service from Karolyn, Tina, and Michael over the past couple of years, we would not think of calling someone else.

Amazing service! Robert came with sonar equipment & found the leak in our water line immediately! His excavation team then came to dig (carefully), & repair it. Every winter the water from the leak would freeze over our driveway & cause a terrible hazard. Thank you Central Mo All Service Plumbing! Our plumber for life, & my family & friends!

$990 to clear roots and sorta explain what they thought they knew about the downstream problem. Never even thought about the upstream problem. Wasted grand. Call a real plumber and get it fixed right the first time is my advice. Save yourself a pile of cash. Avoid.

So glad I called Robert to do a septic inspection on a house I had under contract. His thorough inspection saved me from a costly mistake! Very pleasant and professional to deal with, too. I highly recommend!

Had a clog in our waste water line. They wouldn't give us an estimate on how much it would be to check it out. Worked on it for 1 hour, didn't fix the issue, still wouldn't give an estimate. Ended up being charged $500 and 200 of that was just to remove the toilet and never communicated that would be such an extra charge. Was very clear that it was in our pipes and would have to schedule for them to hydro jet it, even more expensive. New plumber company came out and cleared the line for 225, no toilet removal charge, and said the issue was in the cities pipes not ours.

Quickly responded to our call. Very professional, and courteous! Will be our first call when we need their services again. Highly recommend

The plumbers arrived on time. They did a very careful job of the removal out old water heater. They were very courteous and thoughtful. We really appreciated everything they did.

I called these folks when my water heater ruptured and they showed up within one hour with a new water heater. My upstairs neighbor was so impressed, she had them install a new water heater the next day.

Absolutely excellent experience getting emergency weekend service for a burst water pipe. Everything from the the scheduling phone call with Tiffany to the patience of the technician answering all of our questions to the quick repair was handled with care and consideration. I would not hesitate to recommend!

My water heater died on the Friday after Thanksgiving. They were closed, but had a dispatcher on call. He got me scheduled for Monday afternoon. The installation went smoothly. The technician made sure everything was working, no leaks, and made sure I had hot water before he left. Both the dispatcher and technician were friendly, very courteous, listened to what I needed, and answered all of my questions. Great experience. I will definitely use them again.

Called at 10pm with an emergency situation 1st no one answered. I was happy when they called back with a few minutes but when I explained my situation (that my kitchen was flooding) somebody in the background said "awwww" that person & the dispatcher began laughing! About my situation. Completely unprofessional! After this encounter I would not use this company or recommend them to anyone. Not sure what's funny about my kitchen flooding but obviously this plumbing company does not care.

I’m so distraught right now I called this company because my house is flooding and I was mimicked laughed at treated with such disrespect to the point where I’m devastated and crying uncontrollably. I just need help with my plumbing and I can’t get it anywhere in this area.why is it so difficult to find a reliable, plumbing company? Somebody please help me.
