3I have been going to see Dr. Jamie Thomas at COMC for over a year and as time has gone by, I have become more and more frustrated with the response on being able to talk to him or his nurse. In three weeks after having surgery, I have tried to contact him regarding test results. I know he has received those test results but not once have I been able to get past the receptionist. She either does not pass information on to Dr. Thomas and/or his nurse, or he doesn't care about me as a patient. These test results are critical in my medicine portion control and for three weeks - NO RESPONSE. I will be looking for a new doctor.
Doctor Vogel, the dentist and his assistant were amazing, they did a wonderful job numming for my root canal and have me laughing the whole time.
Thank you guys!
No one has any idea how to actually help people at this clinic. When confronted with the disinformation given, no one has an answer. They have no problem making you go further into medical debt just to get a prescription for a medication you've been on for years.
If I could give no stars, I would.
