Over charged above what my insurance allowed and sent to collections even after my insurance called them said I was not responsible for any amount. Then sent my eob and asked them to call. Nothing…waited on phone forever. Avoid this group.

This clinic Radiologist and Nurses are professional. The deep concern I have is that this office admin staff from the front desk to it’s medical billing office have been shoddy for years, e.g lack of itemized bill, no price transparency, billing vs 2 systems - high fee for using image machines as a hospital facility, and 2nd bill from radiologist service. - an annual wellness exam can turn you with endless hassle on a bill ongoing for more than 18 months. Time to change? !
