12Unfriendly people and the hors are ridiculous for the prices they charge. My rate has gone up 6 times in 1 year. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
They allow folks to follow your vehicle inside of the security gates. I never feel totally safe while I'm here either.
I've had a great experience with the Belton location. My belongings have kept dry and safe, I do like that they have scheduled hours the gate/units are accessible. I'd rather people not be allowed to go in and out all hours of the night. Definitely my favorite storage spot so far!
This place has really gone down hill in the past few years. My wife and I tried to walk into the office and some small pencil neck shooed us away. So we went elsewhere. I gotta tell you we'd don't appreciate this kind of hospitality. And I read some of these other paid reviews. Y'all are hilarious. Kids these days are just down right short handed from the get go. If there was a negative score I'd give it.
They don’t maintain the property very well and the parking lot no longer gets plowed when it snows. The lack of care to the property really matches the area.
I love the manager, Sage! Extremely helpful and super sweet. Plus didn't mind listening to me cry about all my life problems the other day! Best storage unit everrrrr. I do wish the hours were a little longer, but that's just me complaining.
The guy who works in the office is super friendly and the units are reasonably priced. My only complaint is that this place needs some serious concrete work done. I feel like one of these days I'm going to damage my wheel bearings here
We rent a climate controlled unit. It is clean and comfortable. The gate control is added security.
Works to store stuff, they may try and not take your money so they can legally steal your stuff. Be careful here.
Friendly staff and works with you when you need it. Gate locks inside also at 10pm though so don't get locked in!
The staff is nice and effective, the company is corrupt. Communication between corporate and on site managers is very slim. Assistant and Property managers communication is the only fast responses that you will get if they have the correct information to provide. Company has goals that are not attainable due to the neglect of each property as the prices for repairs are always too high. Onsite managers have rent applied to the check before taxes are taken out which puts them in a higher tax bracket. Company is unaware of how to properly train employees and will mention upon disciplinary actions how the task was in training. You will get 2 weeks (Possibly) of training before going to your store where you will encounter problems that require fast responses from management / regional manager and wait days for response. Regional Managers have a sense of superiority and feel that they have no need to speak to tenants in regards to questions or problems, and will make the tenant irate especially if they are asking for a regional to contact them for something on site managers cannot do. You are expected to live on property (As a property Manager) and after 6pm not work, which means if a customer is in the office and you are finishing up a lease you have to stop and call the regional manager to ask if you can finish it where you may or may not see a response. If this happens you are required to back out of the sale which could be hundreds of dollars your store and corporate just missed out on. Extra work to improve performances or company is not allowed no matter how much they stress they want you to put forth more effort to promote the company. Company is unwilling to listen to managers that work the sites when it comes to repairs or ideas for each site and will state their idea of what is important overrules yours. Any ideas when it comes to saving money for the company is overlooked; any ideas to give better customer service when it comes to pricing and long term tenants satisfaction is unaccepted. Certain sites have unsafe demographics and the inability to patrol the property at night for potential problems or criminal actions to call the police are not accepted. The company is tight and there is no potential to grow unless you are transitioning from an Assistant Manager to a Property Manager after this promotion if seen you will not see another.performance reviews for raises are not done in a timely manner for which their response is "you should have followed up with us" for a position that does not pay more than rival storage facilities that offer more benefits and base pay for their employees. In bad weather you are required to make a bank run regardless of the condition outside due to new management rules. Company is very unprofessional and will express reason for leaving while also extending the truth to all employees. Actions taken by this company is enough to be reported to the BBB, and when threatened they will work with whoever to make sure that employee or tenant is accommodated only after the threat has been made to take legal action.
Great place! Jason is top knotch! EXTREMELY informative and great customer service skill. I would highly reccomend this place. It has many options to accommodate whatever it is you need.
