Great experience with getting a loan through Century for my 2023 vehicle. It was fast and easy with the loan officer pleasant and helpful. I also got a good rate!

My overall experience was great. An employee named Pam worked with us and it was smooth and perfect. She helped and informed us with the necessary information and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

The best gifts come in small packages. Century Credit Union is phenomenal to work with. I enjoy their stellar service.

Their customers accounts have been hacked but they will not admit to it. My daughter received a phone call about fraud on her debit card and they sent her a code to approve for Samsung pay, She did not give them any information before being sent this code, so I'd like to know how they got her email, phone number card number & mailing address. Sounds like customer's personal information has been leaked to the scammers. But no their system is great and she must have given them her Net teller information for them to get that was their response. They can't even bother sending out an email or text stating someone is Spoofing their phone number and scamming people, its on their website they say, the warning comes and goes and only if you go to their website and not on the App. Way to protect your customers personal information.

Staff are so helpful and friendly!
They guide and help you with whatever your financial needs may be. They have truely earned my respect. Hope to business with them for many years to come.
