We really liked working them. They were kind and professional when working here.

We are disappointed in the quality of work. We had heavy gloss on a lot of old wooden doors and trim and they didn’t sand at all even a rough buff and painted over and now it’s all chipping off. Have contacted them a few times and they said they would just come reseal the doors to stop chipping.that won’t work they have to be sanded and painted. I told them that and haven’t heard back. We are not interested in doing business with them again.

I used this company to remove popcorn ceiling from a bedroom and to paint the room and in the contract it states that they will fix popped nails and imperfections in the walls. They did not fix the popped nails or where it needed a little bit of mud work and I had to call them back. They came back and fixed some but not all.

My mom was so excited to move into her brand new condo and spent almost $4,000 to have 2 bedrooms painted and popcorn ceilings removed. One day the painters forgot a trash bag and one day they forgot a broom. They left a huge mess.

My mom caught several things to be fixed as they were packing up their truck and ready to get out of there. They fixed those but there was so much else wrong.

They had paint all over the brand new ceilings in several spots. The prep work was non-existent and holes were barely patched if at all. The closet paint job is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. You can see the brush strokes everywhere. Tons of spots missed. We had moved a shelf to measure it and they just painted it where we left it, leaving tons of areas to be touched up.

My mom had used them before and said they did good work, but this has really put a damper on her excitement for the new move.

If you look at my review history, I am almost all positive reviews. My mom is one of the post positive people ever, but this is just crazy. She shouldn’t have to deal with this.

We recently used CertaPro to paint the exterior of our home. Mark and his team were fantastic and provided us with reasonable pricing for the work. Mark immediately returned my initial phone call, and the office staff were diligent in keeping me updated on the timing of our job. Eduin was our on-site manager and he was friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. We would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

The crew began our house painting prep on Thursday, with the intention of completing on Sunday. It rained all day Friday, so they were not able to work. They worked all day Saturday and Sunday, completing the job on time. Very professional and reasonable. Attention to detail.

Painters were very professional, very detail-oriented, did a great and very thorough job. Prices were a little expensive but you get what you pay for.

Jonathon and his crew did a good job. The only issue was that we had to call him back to apply a second coat, due to the first coat not covering evenly. I sent him pictures and he agreed that it needed a second coat of stain. He said the order indicated only one coat. They applyed the second coat and said I would not be charged for the additional application. They were great working with me and very responsive. We are very happy with the outcome!

This is the 4th time we have used Certa-Pro! They are professional and affordable and do the greatest work in a timely fashion. We will definitely use them again

Not only were they by far the cheapest quote, they also had the fastest turnaround and even did some extra work that wasn't listed to be done at no extra cost. Could not be happier and will definitely use them again.

Painted exterior of 3-story house. Excellent job. Took longer than estimated and I expected, but finished product worth the wait. Worked with me to correct the few issues I did find. Would recommend and would use again.

CertaPro did a great job with our exterior paint. When they were finished, we asked them to touch up a few places and they were eager to do so in order to make sure our house was exactly how we wanted it. The crew was friendly, professional, and punctual. I highly recommend CertaPro.

CertaPro Painters of Lee's Summit with Enrique Dominguez and Enrique Jr.and Mauricio of Alfa y Omega LLC just completed an interior painting job for us and they did a beautifiul job. They removed popcorn off of our celings and cleaned everything up then did the painting. We were very pleased with their work. The company also did cleaning for us the next day. They made our old kitchen cabinets look almost new. We highly recommend this company.

Overall, I was pleased and satisfied with the job that was done. They were great to work with. Explained the costs clearly. They replaced some siding that had water damage, replaced rotting trip and added a drip edge to the exterior siding. They did in 3 days what would have taken me 3 months to complete. I was somewhat disappointed in 1) The start date was not made clear or well communicated. The workers showed up at my door and said 'we are here to paint the house'. 2) The amount of cleanup I had to do once the job was complete. From picking up the nails left behind from the siding that replaced to having tp use a pressure washer to remove paint drips and stains from the patio and driveway.

From start to finish, it was easy to work with CertaPro painters in Lee's Summit. I had my kitchen painted and they did a great job.

They were polite, worked hard, and finished in one day. Luiz made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and the team cleaned up when the job was complete. Would use them again in the future.

The painting crew did a great job, very thorough and great quality of service. They cleaned up the work area very nicely as well.
