We have used Certified Carpet for several years now.
They always do a good job, with the carpet looking like new.
We have 2 puppies, and we're not always tuned in to their translator.
Consequently, desperateness on the pups part have left spots. Certified is able to get these out. They're also good at identifying spots we can't see. We've called them for red wine (our spots). Again, they got rid of the spot.
They have cleaned our carpets of 5+ years. I have several dogs and have my carpets cleaned regularly.
They do an excellent job! No soap left in the carpet like other companies.

First time cleaning our carpets. Our carpets had several stains and were very dirty. He cleaned the carpets once and then went back over everything on his hands and knees! We were very impressed. Our carpets look brand new! Duane came out and quoted us a VERY reasonable price and cleaned the carpets right then which was awesome! He was on time, very sweet and very helpful with all of my questions. After he was done, him and I even sat down and chatted about our families and hobbies. We will definitely be having them clean our carpets from now on!
HORRIBLE! Spent barely an hour in my house, charged me over 300$. Asked them before we started to clean behind my couches, that was the only big items I asked to move. Both said they would, never touch them. One didn't even bother to move a floor lamp. NEVER AGAIN!
