Champion Park reviews
2We were staying in the area for a few days and found this park was just a few blocks away. We took the grandkids there to let them run off some energy and they had a grand time. The walking track around the park is a nice size for walking. The only downside is the long walk into the center playground from the street when all you want is to take the kids for a quick play time.
This is a cute, quaint little park. It's nestled in between the back yards of two different neighborhoods, and so sometimes, it's lively with neighbors and kids out.
There is a nice double loop paved walkway, and a small connecting bridge in the middle. There is a really nice playground, swings, and various park benches to sit on. There isn't a given parking lot, per se, but parking along the street, is what we (and most others) do.
Nice little park, lots of space, good place to walk. Highly recommend you check it out.
