My wife and I worked out with Chantell for a couple of months. It was a very good experience. All of her workouts were appropriate for us and always were new and challenging. I would definitely recommend her.

Chantell provides a casual atmosphere with tough workouts. She pays close attention to correcting form so you get the most out of every move while avoiding injury. Highly reccomend!
