3 Save your paperwork if you prepay. They will try and charge your family later after they've "lose" their paperwork. Then give you the runaround after you show them the receipts. Very shady business.
Mr May, you have already been informed. The fact you don't know which plot I'm referring to tells me you have issues with more than one customer. You should stop worrying about your reviews and start taking care of your customers.
We used Chapel Hill for my brother-in-laws services. Alianna was a pleasure to work with. She was professional yet warm and personable. When she wasn’t available Travis stepped in and was equally kind, warm, and compassionate. They were both a joy to work with in the midst of a really hard time. There were a few minor hiccups, but those were corrected as quickly as possible with an attitude of service. We are a very detail-oriented family, and there were several details we missed that Alianna and Travis thought of and took care of for us. I’m thankful we had them by our sides the day of the viewing and funeral. They were a comfort. Thank you so much.
Also, when we did have an issue, the owner met with us immediately, and showed both compassion and appreciation for our concern. I could not ask for more.

This place was great until they sold to a big company. Now the service is horrible. When planning my father’s funeral a few months ago, the lady who was helping us made so many “mistakes” that it was ridiculous. She blamed everyone and everything but herself, and even had the audacity to proudly boast how long she’s been there, even though her performance made us think she was brand new. There were no apologies and management did not reach out after the funeral when we tried to call and make things right in a professional way. We have used Chapel Hill for many funerals in the past, but will not be returning. We will also be recommending other places to other people, since I’ve heard other complaints since the buy out.
