Great service and people to work with! They recently offered a new service besides financial - changing a flat tire. I discovered I had a flat tire after leaving a meeting Jonathan Randolph and Drew Achter on a cold and blustery day. I was impressed by their willingness to assist with changing a tire. They are truly a credit to their profession and company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing financial investment advise.

I got the best customer service I could hope for. Jonathan and Andrew stayed late on a Friday to make sure my accounts were taken care of in time. They were fantastic to work with. I am so happy I decided to choose Schwab in Cottleville.

They cancel my account because credit. So watch out when you sign up. They will prolly cancel your account if you have anything on your credit. Very poor judgement of the user. I give this company a f because they treat people with not great credit very poorly. Profiling at its finest. F F F F

Randolph at the O’Fallon office has been patient, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. You also may see him in person when you call, and make an appointment. So far my appointments have been the day I call. I have talked to him a lot. He has showed a lot of patience. I had Ameritrade before switching to Schwab that was very poor service. I thank Schwab and recommend them.
