My wife saw a last minute Christmas gift suggestion online: a blue Charlie Hustle jacket with a KC heart logo. I called Mary asking if they had it on their shelf and explained my situation. "No, " was Mary's answer, but talk about going the extra mile. Their Warehouse Manager was making a delivery. Mary promised nothing but asked if he could deliver the jacket. Long story short: Merry Christmas! Mary, you've won loyal customers with my family. Thank you for being so thoughtful, creative and having great thinking skills.

I'll update my review as soon as my wife sports her new jacket. I'm still fairly new to this fine city, and it's people like Mary in KC that make me love it here.

Won’t wave shipping because they don’t have the inventory in store. Make you drive to the location to wave shipping. Find somewhere else with official merchandise vs a company whipping off local companies.

Bought a long sleeve shirt when they had their big sale. Little disappointed that the heart area doesn't hold up very well. It's already cracking. For how expensive they're u would think they would hold up better.

Great clothing, the new location seems less impressive than the old. There was less variety than I had hoped available in store.

I placed an online order never having heard of this company before. I was super skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I received my order! I am in love with this shirt! I'm a huge fan of the vintage/retro style clothing. Its one a one of a kind Arkansas Razorback ringer shirt. The only issue I did have was the print chipped after washing one time. I no longer see it on the website and I'm not one to send things back usually. I am hoping that it just adds to the character and vintage feel of the shirt. Still one of my absolute favorite shirts! Would 100% order again and would love to visit the store one day!

I called in advance to put a shirt on hold. It was ready for me, and I was surprised they were willing to hold an in demand shirt. Employee at store was so helpful, put a movie on for my daughter, checked sizes for me.
She even messaged the crown center store, which I had no idea about, and held another shirt there for me. Next day that shirt was ready for me.
I placed an online order and received that stuff in 2 days. I love this store, and I love what they do for local causes.

This clothing store is a Kansas City staple. It has creative, excellent quality products. If you live in KC a must visit or if from out of town.go here for your Kansas City gear! Excellent customer service from Ryan and Mary, went above and beyond to get me the items I wanted on time!

I love Charlie Hustle! As a recent k-state grad it has been so hard for me to find good merch and affordable fan gear to wear. Charlie Hustle has all of that and then some. I also love the way their social media looks now. It is so user friendly and very visually appealing. Go Charlie Hustle!

Great shop that combines vintage design with comfortable and quality materials. The fits and styles are thoughtful and encapsulate the spirit of Kansas City (the iconic Kansas City heart logo being their signature design). A great stop, especially on the plaza. The staff here are also delightful.
