The owners are great! We have always been happy with our service. During the holidays, my daughter will request a design she found on Pinterest and it is just as pictured. Making a appt ahead of time will minimize the time you wait for service. Highly recommend!

Will never come here again not welcoming at all. The young lady who worked on me act like she could not example the service and act like she didn't want to work on. Worst 58 bucks I spent on hands and feet plus tip.

While the services are adequate, the main lady is NOT friendly at all. She is abrupt, abrasive and truly not interested in any type of customer service. If I'm walking in about to drop a couple hundred dollars for myself and my husband. Greet me with something other than "Wait". Just not a friendly feeling here at all. Maybe she's having a bad day, she should stay home then.

I love Chaus Nails. The friendly atmosphere is wonderful. I enjoy being able to relax. The parafin wax at the end of my manicure is one of the best parts of my visit!

I came here and got a full set of acrylic nails done. I called and was quoted $27 for extra length and shape over the phone and I was charged $30 which is not a big deal however almost all of my nails popped off within less than a week. They also had all of the employees swapping on and off to do my nails which is what I think lead to them being done incorrectly. I wouldn’t recommend this place cause the nails WONT last.

Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE. I got a full set of acrylic nails and was over charged (I called before hand to ask prices, and then was charged a higher amount when I was done). The nails did not even last a week before popping off completely. Not even a full week and they literally came off. So disappointed in this place. What a waste of money. I don’t even do anything that would cause them to fall off, very cheap quality nails.

Has anyone else had a terrible experience with customer service from the wife? I started going to Lee and Bella when they first opened and remember seeing a review from a young lady that said she noticed a difference in the way that the wife treated certain customers but I can't find it now. I started noticing once their clientele was built that Bella definitely had her favorites and somehow I was not one of them. I've never had a bad experience with Lee or their employee (I can't remember his name) but the longer I came in (remained a loyal customer) the worse her attitude became toward me. The final straw was when my 2 year old daughter said hi to her and she completely ignored her. My daughter is the sweetest little girl and was trying to talk to her the entire time, telling her she was doing a good job, and she never looked at her or said a word (or me quite frankly). After that I was done. I stayed loyal through poor work/quality (constant chipping) at times and through their search to find another employee (which was rough) after Lee's brother left. I never was rude or impatient. I tried to be as understanding as possible through all of it. Maybe somehow I was still deemed difficult (IDK). Even if that were the case I was never difficult by being rude or disrespectful to anyone. The only possiblity is in the request I had for my nails.

Highly recommend this place. I have been coming here for years and they have the best customer service. They also provide the highest quality service I’ve ever received at any salon. Extremely welcoming.

The staff is extremely kind and my acrylics are always perfect! I love this place and come every time I get my nails done! The prices are amazing and the nail techs are the best!

I love going here with my daughter! We have the best time together, and the staff is always incredibly sweet and kind! They really do care about their customers and the quality of products they use.
