Chen's Chinese Super Buffet & Hibachi, Lebanon MO

The last few times we've gone the food is cold and tastes as if it was prepared the night before. We won't be back.

Atmosphere, food presentation and restrooms are above average, good variety of options. However I didn't find anything tasting great. What bothered me most was observing the server station and how the ice and water delivery seemed unsanitary. They scoop the ice with your cup, and I witnessed the server pouring water out of a bin into the water pitcher. Plenty of parking for all sizes of vehicles.

Not the buffet I would prefer to go. Service is hit or miss. The staff seems overworked, unfriendly.

I love this place a lot! It's one of my favorite go to door dashes. The food is always warm and well done and tastes delicious. The only gripe I have is that the crab Rangoons are way too sweet and have too much cream cheese. If they had more crab meat and way less cream cheese that would make me a 100% satisfied customer every time.

This place was Great! I wish I had a bigger stomach it was pretty amazing. None of the entrees were overly breaded. And everything actually tasted different and was well prepared. I will return.

Went here because it had a 4.3 review. Maybe we went on a bad day, but the food was not that great. And you had to keep asking for things. But the fried catfish and frog leg we good.

Love this place The food is always great when I go. Everybody all has a good time and is stuffed when we leave. I personally love the frog legs. Go there several times a month.

For as much as they charge, the food needs to be better. Dead flies around the ice cream is a no go. They have really friendly staff here though.

The food tasted terrible and gave heart burn. And robbed me and said I was lying when I showed on my app that they had for certain stole from me. When they went to do purchase from my card unlike anywhere else where they show u everything the computer says they hid it from me so I couldn't see. When I needed refill on drinks no workers were even around nor filling anyone else's drinks so I had to get up and refill it myself and it costed 55 dollars on the receipt it said but then after they swiped it charged 70 bucks.

The ladies here are super friendly! We ate here around 8: 30 before closing time the food was okay. The California rolls were delicious. My son loved the egg rolls. The only thing I didn't care for was the price 71 dollars for 4 people to eat.

Wonderful place to eat. Whenever me and my husband are in the area, we stop to eat there. Love the restaurant. And fabulous buffet.

Ok so the food here was amazing but me and my family were out for my daughter's birthday. Me and my daughter's friend found lots of hair in our food "You should eat here if you want hairy food". This will be my first and last time dining here

The service is always fast and friendly. The food tastes so yummy it's hard to pick a favorite. There is something for everyone

This is my favorite place in lebanon for fried rice. Portions are great, and they do not skimp on the protein.

Great service and atmosphere for sure. The food is hit or miss as far as how hot it is, but still good either way.
