Everyone that works here couldn’t possibly be nicer or more patient with me. I was nervous going there, but everyone was so kind to me and I am so glad I went there. If you go, be sure to listen to them and do your exercises. If they tell you that you need a neck brace, listen to them and get it, rather than wait over a month to buy it (like I did) because you do need that brace if they say you do,

These reviews are not accurate. Everyone here was rude and not helpful. My boyfriend also heard the front desk people talking about a patient's information, which is a HIPAA violation! Also was overcharged and wasn't explained why I had to pay $300. Definitely will not be coming back here ever again!

The staff here is fantastic! I have yet to interact with someone who isn't kind and caring. They take the time to listen and they remember! That is huge.

Very friendly staff! All staff was very attentive. Provided education as well as diagnosis. Provided with the opportunity to rehab the issue with the most amazing physical therapists! I highly recommend Cherry Health center to anyone that has any kind of back or neck pain.

Zach does great work for me with physical therapy and Philip pinpoints the location on my back where it hurts the worst to give a great adjustment! And Christine, well, she's sweet and innocent and like a sister to me!

Staff was nice. The chiropractor was a fast talker, and talked over me. He didn't seem to care what I had to say about prior chiropractic visits to another chiropractor and after two visits and waste of my time. Stated I would have to pay over $1 thousand for treatment upfront after xrays and paid $60 at that point. I was totally disappointed and just didn't get the impression they really care and you were just a cash cow. I will never go back again.

My husband & I are so delighted at the overall experience we have had with the Doctors, Philip Loyd, Carter, Therapists, Chiropractors and the entire staff at Cherry Health Center in Springfield Missouri. My husband was dealing with pinched nerves in his lower lumbar area and it impaired his mobility to the extent of him needing to use a cane to walk. Upon hearing about Cherry Health Center he immediately called his primary Doctor to request a referral for them to begin regular stretching treatments, chiropractic adjustments, and physical therapy sessions. Dr Loyd explained how the human spine is designed to work and if it gets out of line and is not treated correctly he explained the potential damages that could be caused from misalignment. They used x-rays to confirm their diagnosis of the 3rd & 4th lumbar misalignment. Within a few days after beginning his appointments he felt so much better and no longer needed the cane to assist his walking. He continues to improve each time he has a treatment. We highly recommend that you use Cherry Health Center for your Healthcare Pain Management.
You will be so happy you did! His pain went from 10 to 1 in 12 Treatment Sessions. I am also getting daily Chiropractic Adjustments from a highly skilled Chiropractor Michael Koban who uses an Activator correctly. I feel great. Personally I consider these folks miracle workers. They have given me relief from things I have suffered with for 25+ years. My medical doctors gave up on me years ago.
