Dr.is great. The front desk needs customer service skills. The same glasses are much cheaper at Lens Crafters. BEWARE: They do a test not covered by insurance and don't tell you. You never hear anything about the 20.00 until they start calling you. You question them about the 20.00, and the collector is super rude. I was not going to pay because they never mentioned it. They become like the mafia for 20.00. Today, I came in for my son's glasses. The girl asked how I was going to take care of the 20.00 balance. I gave in and will never be back. So they lost me, my husband, and our 11 kids over 20.00 they never told me about.

I love Chesterfield Eye Works! Dr. Holmes is very competent and fully explained all questions totally in a clear and concise manner.

Dr Broaddus is very thorough and also very reassuring. She was 100% correct regarding an emergency situation that I was facing.

I had the best experience! Everybody in the office was kind and so easy to deal with. My doctor took plenty of time to review my scan results with me. I learned so much in one visit! I will definitely be back next year for my exam! I highly recommend!

It's August 2022, masks have been optional for almost a year now. This place has giant signs falsely claiming that the CDC REQUIRES customers to be masked.
Their wait time on glasses is two weeks. I'll go elsewhere.

I had an eye injury and they got me in (even though I am a new client) within an hour! No wait time either! Super friendly doctor AND staff! Definitely recommend them and I will be a long time client!

I had a genuinely great experience. Dr. Bradus (sp?) Has great knowledge of underlying conditions. I was treated with care and compassion even though I currently have Medicaid. I will recommend Chesterfield EyeWorks for any patient, especially those with autoimmune and neurological issues that can impact ones vision.

Dr Holmes is great. He doesn’t try to upsell you on new prescriptions. Went in today thinking my vision has changed since it’s been 3 1/2 years since I’ve had a check up and there was a slight difference. I asked him numerous times should I get a new pair and he said (JOKINGLY) “if ya want to help pay for my vacation I’d appreciate it. ” Again, he was joking and could have easily said yes but recommended not really worth doing so since my glasses were still in good shape. Staff is always very friendly and place is neat and clean. Totally recommend this place.

Chesterfield EyeWorks has been my eye doctors for years. Both optometrist are very thorough and professional also friendly as well. They have an exceptional staff that work with you to find to perfect frames for your face shape. They have a modest selection of frames compared to other places, but they are very attractive more like an accessory than something you need.

I seen Dr. Holmes years ago and remembered the great experience I had, and knew I needed to come back as it was definitely time for a eye visit, not just for myself but daughter also. We went today and just like before very friendly welcoming staff. Dr. Holmes was very patient and kind, took his time with my exam and my daughters also, didn't rush it and continued to take extra time with my daughter to make sure she could really see instead of just assuming she could like another Dr had done for her previously. We picked out our glasses and cannot wait to get them! Super nice team, explained everything thoroughly, prices very fair! Thank you for the great experience again, we will not go anywhere else.
