I love going to this office! They are professional and friendly. No one likes going to the dentist but this staff will make your experience a pleasant one!

This office makes it a pleasant experience to go to the dentist. Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Pucel put in a crown within a few hours and it fit perfectly the first time! Never happened with other dentists. Jessica Braswell is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She really cares about the patient’s dental health.

They are so professional and prompt, I love coming here staff very nice, and the dentist here get you right! Good place to come!

I feel like this place is constantly changing doctors and staff. Once you're used to someone they leave and you get someone new. I am never satisfied after I get my teeth cleaned. They do NOT do a good job cleaning, I do a better job at home. It seems like they rush and just dab toothpaste really quickly. My teeth weren't even flossed at my last visit. It's always painful getting x-rays as they jam something in your mouth.
What I do like is the updated technology. They can make a crown right then and there. If you need a root canal they can do it too instead of sending you to someone else.
I feel like this place is average and needs to work a little better on some things.

I had an awesome visit at this office. The staff was super friendly. My cleaning was thorough and comfortable. I got to meet the new owner, Dr. Pucel. He was fantastic! Very friendly. He took the time to discuss my questions and concerns. It was a very refreshing experience. Definitely recommend!

The last receptionist was pleasant: friendly, cooperative, respectful. They must have hired a new one since COVID. I was polite when I walked in and she had an attitude with me. She talked down to me and was quite rude. I also had a bad experience with a hygienist here. She did a horrible job cleaning my teeth, as well as being quite rude and having a bad attitude. There used to be a hygienist here who was absolutely amazing but she left. The doctor who used to be here, Dr. Armstrong? , was great. It seems as if this place has really gone downhill since she left. All the good staff are leaving.

My stepdad referred me and I got the best service I’ve ever experienced in my life at a dental office. I was given an amazing price to file down and smooth out my teeth and I will be returning for all my future services and needs! Thank you so much Ronald Mainhurst for making my two front teeth look amazing! And for such an amazing price!

Horrible experience. The staff was rude and it seemed like they just wanted to get her in and out as quickly as possible with no regard to her feelings or her well being. Left her to wake up alone (because her family had to go sit in the car and wait.) And when she was upset that she was alone they told her to "calm down" and that she was fine. The rolled her out of the building in a wheelchair while she was crying for her family and hastily threw her in the car so they could go back in to keep pumping these poor people out. Will never go back to this location.

Friendly staff but takes forever and they tried to pressure me into buying a deep cleaning that costs $600.
