Horrible landlord. I have the pictures and receipts. Didnt have a maintenance person
Her favorite words was good help was hard to find my bathroom ceiling collapsed three times Julie nice nasty.

This is the best place to live. The owner is genuinely nice. Goes above and beyond her duties. The tenants are nice and respectful as well. Chez Orleans does not disappoint. I love it here!
