Chic Nails, Fenton MO

I waited for an hour after my scheduled appointment time, I’d suggest calling for an appointment (I booked online). And the lady was pretty rough, bled in a couple places and skin rubbed off around my nails. Otherwise, my nails look good.

Kevin is very talented! He’s very patient and takes him time! I really appreciated his work ethic and detail to his work! Have my second appointment today and I’m excited!

Worst experience ever. The staff didn’t care about doing a good job. The lady literally barely put the lotion on then threw the towel on my leg like I was a dog. Can’t even explain how bad that pedicure was. She didn’t file or shape my nails just threw on polish like a 5 year old

First time here, and I got a pedicure that lasted less than 25 minutes from walking in without an appointment to sitting in the drying station. The paint on my toenails is adequate, but I wouldn’t go get a pedicure at a salon just for toenail paint. No real service to review, as there wasn’t any massage, scrubs, hot towel application, or really anything other than taking off my old polish and applying new polish. Not even any interaction with me from the technician, I might as well have been an inanimate object. Also the massage chairs aren’t comfortable. I will not return, especially as there are way too many nail salons in this area as competition.

Thought I’d give this place a try & I will definitely not be returning. I had a NEW gift certificate that they told me was expired, my nails look thin & like the tips are pointing towards the sky. I asked for cat eye & none of the 3 people in the salon at the time knew how to do it, but continued to try, even though I said I would just be fine with something else. Definitely not the experience I had hoped for, especially with the wonderful reviews.

Update: So the response from the owners is quite rude. Whether you accepted it or not, YOU gave out the certificate 2 weeks ago so it is on YOU to fill it out correctly so it can be accepted when brought in. The “expiration date” you wrote on it, was the day you handed it out! I actually said I did not like what was on there but after asking and saying more than once, something else could be done, I was not listened to. I also asked how much extra cat eye would be & got no response, then was told it was $80 for my full set? It is not MY FAULT the nails look the way they do. I’m not the nail tech. What kind of person am I? An honest one. What kind of business decides to insult someone instead of taking responsibility? Or decides to nap with no shoes on in a pedicure chair while a client is present? Don’t worry, I won’t be!

If you’re looking for a specific design, I HIGHLY recommend Kevin. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he gave great recommendations on length and shape, and honestly my nails have never looked better! I will definitely be back!

My first time going the other night and I was happy with the work and the people are very nice I'll be going back again.ok this is an update I've been going for a little while now every single time it's cost more and more they charge they do not have set prices they charge what they feel like charging and the last time I came out spending over 300 bucks for a full set and pedicure I'll never go back it's ridiculous IDC what design you did it was not worth that and the fact I didn't know how much until the end smh oh and they broke within a week DON'T GO HERE

Walked in to get my nails done today by Kevin and they turned out amazing! The shape and detail is prefect and exactly what I wanted. He took his time with my nails to make sure everything was perfect and even told me what would look best. This wasn’t my first time at Chic nails, and definitely isn’t my last.

First time my granddaughter had a manicure. She was nervous but loved it and how her nails looked. They were very nice.

Visited this shop for the first time today; I’m more than pleased. Kevin is very attentive to the details, I showed him a picture of what I wanted done and he did it exactly how they were shown. Definitely will be back!

I set an appointment with Tracy. I found her to be completely professional. Felt vary comfortable at her table.
This was my 1st time visiting.
I'm setting a 2nd appointment vary statisified with level of service.

I spent $70 just to have this done to my nails. They were breaking off in just one week and the polish didn't come off until a month later. I will forever never return to this place again!

3rd time here- everyone is so friendly. Very clean space. My technician was awesome! Will be back!

Came here for the first time and I had an appointment with Kevin, he was WONDERFUL! Everything about my nails is great, from the shape to the design, etc.prices aren’t bad either. He took his time to make sure they were what I wanted but it also didn’t take too long! Will be going back here (:

I love this salon! I never really have to wait with or without an appointment. They treat everyone very nice. I feel pampered. Love it!

I gave this salon 1 star first of all because it smelled like mixed chemicals, we could barely communicate. They also were very rough with their services, pulling, tugging, etc. We found out the upped the price because an original set of nails is only about 50 to 75 dollars, but they charged 200 dollars for each set. Very disappointed for the experience! Please fix

Love these nails! I walked in, and I was able to be helped right away. The nails did not take very long, and they are the best nails I have gotten. The workers were very friendly and did an amazing job. I am very happy with how these nails turned out and will definitely be going back!

My daughter is always happy with her nails here. It has been the first place that hasn't ended in tears or being moody and her being super disappointed.
