Chick-fil-A, St Joseph MO

Big chic fil a fan, of this particular one a little less of a fan. We've stopped at this one several times lately, and I've had cold, hard fries more than once. I would rather wait 2 minutes and have great fries, then wait 45 sec and have cold fries. And we asked for 8 sauce for 24 nuggets and 2 large fries and received 4 sauce. 2 sauce per person is a little lame. Little controlling at the chic fil a, no daughter you may only have this amount of sauce.

I've been to chik fil a's all across the country. They all have a few things in common. Great service, a consistent product and "my pleasure".

Repeatedly we have come here with a mobile order and waited over 20 minutes before our food was given. There is usually a group just talking and not working, then you have to ask for your food and all of a sudden it's being put together! Today multiple people were in the same situation as we were. I really hope management can do something about this.

Food was just ok. Food no hot, wouldn't melt the cheese. Fries not hot, not crispy. 2nd time to eat at a Chick-fil-A, still not impressed!

We went through the drive thru this was my first time here food was good I will go back again they had servers take your order in line saved a lot of time

Stopped for a quick lunch. Really enjoyed the spicey chicken sandwich & of course waffle fries. Service was quick & very polite.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was very attentive but the breakfast menu was lacking to us. No omelets or pancakes. This was our first breakfast at Chick-fil-A, we probably won't go there for breakfast again. That said, we will definitely go back for other meals, it can't be beat!

This is our go to stop when we are heading back home farm. Fast, efficient, and friendly! Oh and don’t forget tasty! Mind you it is always busy so keep that in mind. But it is Chick-fil-A so they’re super fast.

Is it food? Yes. Is it good food? Yes. The sauce? Yes. Love the sauce flowing down my throat as I bite into a crispy nugget

Bathrooms were dirty, inside dining was closed, but no sign posted on the door to let you know. Sandwich only had 2 pickle slices and NOTHING else on it. They did not ask if we wanted condiments. Price was too high for amount of food received.

Terrible customer service with online orders! I ordered a couple of things and the only thing in my order that was right was my drink and sandwich. I reached out to customer service and after some back and forth they gave me a coupon. The coupon was for nothing that I ordered and nothing I like so I asked if they could send a different one or just give me a refund. Then they didnt answer for 2 weeks. I emailed again and then they never responded. It’s been 2 months now.

Moral of the story if you want your food to be right, you need to go inside.

Food was amazing as always. The line was wrapped around the block, but went FAST. They are the one fast food restaurant that know how to handle a long drive-Thru. Props to you guys!

One of the best Chick-fil-A places to go! We were driving by and decided to stop by for a quick meal. The staff went beyond and welcomed us with a cheerful hospitality! Will be stopping here more often while driving across states.

Chic-fil-A is almost always busy, but they have a great system that gets people moving through the line and it's extremely efficient! If I drove by any other place that had a double wide line to the street, I would just keep driving. But the staff at Chick-fil-A get people through very fast and I've never had an issue with my order no matter how big or complicated it was! We absolutely love this place!

Even though there closed to inside orders they had plenty of employees outside taking orders, you could even pay with a debit or credit card when you ordered from the employee outside, they just made it really easy on the customers! Favorite place to eat!

This location gets you through the line quickly but check your order before you leave. They didn't give us any straws and my "Large" fries were exactly the same as my wife's medium fries.

Best nuggets of any Chick-fil-A. A little more crispy than normal and with more spices that made them cooked to perfection?

Yay! Chick-fil-a! I love their 3 or r pieced chicken strips (I dont usually dip) with mac and cheese as the side. I like there lemonade a lot but prefer sweet tea. Their tea isn't dark enough for me. I also love their Spicy Cicken sandwich! Get it with the veggies, it helps cool it off. Also you'll need some Ranch or Blue Cheese dipping sauce. Roar! Unfortunately they have horrible cottage fries. They are not crisp and not salted well.

Chose to do curbside because they weren't offering dine in, and I didn't want to deal with drive through. They were quick and polite.

Considering the amount of customers they get in and out in a reasonable time that alone should say something! Fast food should be fast, Chick-Fil-A does a great job getting a LOT of people through their lines (wish other places could take a lesson on that, but that is other businesses loss there). Chick-Fil-A is good about taking orders in a timely manner and their food is always great! We are definitely a repeat customer! Something about Chick-Fil-A's sandwiches always hit the spot!
