Chick-fil-A, Lee's Summit MO

Its Chic-Fil-A its always good. It was busy, as always, but the staff was friendly (as always) and the service was good.

First time online order with curbside delivery. Faster service going in line at drive-thru. Still.it is Chick fil A, it was hot, it was delicious, and I will be back. But not tomorrow. No nuggies on Sunday.

I had been wondering why there are always so many customers at this place and so I finally tried a sandwich and it was awesome!?

Sweet lord, how they can block the street so effectively but get you through the drive thru is beyond me. Great food and workers

I understand why they are so busy. Very good sandwich and grilled chicken pieces. Even their breakfast sandwiches are good

I love Chick-fil-A, however this location is disgusting. Don’t go there. Today my son found a fly in his sandwich, he was horrified.

They basically only do drive thru and curbside pick up. They forgot half my order when I did a carryout and I had to walk through the parking lot, total mess. Very disorganized.

Unfortunately the only Chick Fil A I will not return to. For the 3rd time in a month I have had a disappointing experience and nothing like the standard excellence. Wrong orders, no sauce, cold fries, and just overall less kindness from staff. It’s fine, but I’ll choose to drive to another in the future.

Has anyone ever really had a bad experience at any chic fil-a? The service is of course always amazing and the food is hot and fresh. This is my wife's favorite place to eat by far. The line is always long but that is to be expected from a restaurant that serves such great service and delicious food!

They were very busy, drive thru totally backed up. I went inside for a mobile order. And I got it within minutes. Very fast. Good job.

My daughter has celiac and they were so accommodating. Love their gluten free options and how they were generally concerned on making sure to not cross contaminate.

Friendly and fast as always! The other day it was like 100 degrees out and the poor girl taking orders was about to become a heat casualty. I notified the person at the window and they acted as if they hadn’t noticed. Maybe the management needs to take these thing into consideration during inclement weather and adjust the outside rotation as necessary. That’s why they only got 4/5 stars.

Hey Lance, your store is typically awsome even with all of the traffic. However today was shocking. The server with the huge eyelashes was obviously in a bad mood as she was seriously rude and could care less about taking my son's order. We came for lunch but a tad bit early. We never come for breakfast and needed help with the order as your breakfast menu was not up. Maybe management should remind your team why your customers wait patiently in those long traffic jams. We'll certainly be back, but hopefully that server will be in a better mood!

They're all just the sweetest people. I have a few friends that work there and they have nothing but good things to say about their work experience. I'm even tempted to work their, I love the food, the atmosphere, everything. Not to mention they've done so well with keeping business flowing even with the pandemic

For the first time ever, I had a not so friendly encounter here. The lady taking my order was not very friendly whatsoever and then when I pulled around to the sauce cart I wasn’t even greeted. I told the girl what sauce i wanted and said thanks when she gave them to me and she just gave me a rude look. But as always food was great!

Staff is so pleasant and thoughtful. A young lady proactively assisted me with getting out of the handicap spot & out of the part lot. Definitely my pleasure my Dear thx again

The traffic at this location is awful. We weren't even going to dinner here and it took us forever to get into the parking lot. The city needs to take care of this issue

As always, the lines are long! Because it's the best in the fast food genre. The service is friendly, efficient, and accurate.

We enjoy going through the drive-thru: it's so well-organized and the employees have always been exceptional, except tonight. The girl who took my order mumbled repeatedly and wouldn't speak clearer and got my order wrong and acted like a robot, as if she was doing it intentionally. First time I've had a bad experience at this place.

Loved this chick fil a. Great service and everything was taken care of! Definitely a good change from normal fast food carelessness
