Chick-fil-A, Liberty MO

I went through the drive-through and ordered my food got to the window paid my bill. The girl running the window appeared new, and the person training her was very short and rude to her. The poor girl got flustered and shoved my food at me through the window. Got back to the hotel and my food was not in the bag and my husband's food was incorrect. I called the store at 10: 02 and was told they had closed and because I paid cash, they would refund my purchase the next day, the whole purchase, the manager on duty the following day would not honor the prior managers word. This store needs to get it together and not lie to their clientele. This was a huge inconvenience.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Ordered on mobile for pick up, apparently the processed changed yesterday but they don’t tell you that anywhere so when I go to pick my food up following the signs for mobile order. The flat out refuse to give me my food and tell me I have to go around and wait in the drive thru line. Mind you I have already been waiting 10 mins for the young kid to go back and fourth and by now as we all know the line is wrapped around the building. I asked them to just please give me my food and she tells me no I have to go around. I asked how am supposed to know the process changed when they don’t tell us and still have mobile order signs up to drive around. So I canceled my order and will not return. Horrible customer service.

Worst CFA I’ve ever been to. The drive thru was empty when we got there and the attendant was less than enthusiastic to say the least. We were asked to park so they could bring our food out. When it came out there were no napkins, no utensils, no condiments and no straws in the bag so I had to walk back inside and get some. When we were about to leave the parking lot a manager came out and asked us to move our car.from the spot they told us to park at to get our food. Usually CFA is very solid but the service at this one was the worst I’ve experienced. Definitely won’t be going back to this CFA restaurant again.

It's Chicfila so there isn't too much special to say. This one does have a playset for kids. The staff has been pleasant for years. I've never had a problem resolving issues with orders quickly.

Never in my life time of eating chick fil a have they let me down so. Long line, lunch time, but cold food. Employees are great tho and I appreciate them. I just like my chicken not cold.

It took us 30 minutes to get through the line. No structure, no order. We had time to get out food and eat it before we were able to get to a point that we were not trapped in the line. Very ineffective.

Went for lunch and were fairly busy but were able to get through the drive thru quickly. They forgot to get the children’s milk with the kids meal, and one of the employees ran half way down the street to give it to me. Awesome service all around.

I was driving a big box truck from Minnesota to Texas with my family and the rude people inside wouldn’t let us place an order to go. They made no exceptions to the reason why. I have never experienced such rude service and I will never be back to this location. Her reasoning was, it’s up to every owner. I guess standards and morals don’t apply across all Chick-fil-A. Lost my business

I absolutely love how nice the staff is always. Food is always fresh and tastes amazing. However, It can get a little crowded after 5pm, and therefore a little dirty. Also, prices are a little high.

I have been through Chick-fil-A many times and I must say, this is by far my favorite place to stop and eat at! Chick-fil-A has such a positive atmosphere with their loyal, honest, and respectful employees. Chick-fil-A employees have got to be the most cheerful ones out there. Keep doing what you’re doing! Also, the food there is just one do things that make this place so so so amazing. The fluffy fries, the refreshing lemonade, the deliciously crispy and chicken nuggets are something we could all set agree are amazing and a great treat to enjoy. I hope Chick-fil-A stays a thing for a while, and I’m guessing so does everyone else. Thank you for reading, this review is “my pleasure. ”

Grilled chicken nuggets with their sauce is delicious! Chicken moist and tasty seasoned flavor on the nuggets! Mac and cheese is almost as good as my homemade baked mac and cheese but I cannot give it that over my own! Better than many and not bland at all! I think it is a lil' on the expensive side.

As a Dasher this used to our favorite.

Now you got to jump across cars to walk on cross walk. (I will sue big time if I got hit)
Wait in a 6feet by 6 feet area. Looking at a Dirty Lobby
Wait Times Got Longer.
Workers are outside taking food to Every car besides Dashers.
Disrespectful for us Dashers.
I use to tip these workers during Curbside and now I'll avoid this chick fil a as A non dasher because how they treat me as being a Dasher.

Not being to Godly if you dont think about Everyone the Same way.
