Chick-fil-A, Arnold MO

Every table was dirty. No one was clean. No 1 was cleaning up. The girl emptied the cup that they gave for our the cup that they gave for our number was trashing it on our table. Since corporate has taken this over this is terrible place to eat. I will not be returning.

Try to avoid this location if possible. First off I order my sandwich with out tomatoes and all three times they have put them on there. The second time we were there we had a sandwich not fully cooked and the last reason I hate this location in they will not give u more then 2 sauces per meal.even when u buy an extra fry for a kid.

My daughter's love this place they say NOTHING beats this sauce! We went through the drive through, it was quick and accurate and the staff was very friendly.

This restaurant needs to get it together. Two orders in the same week, both incurred issues. The management really needs to pay better attention to what their employees are doing.

My favorite place to pick up doordash orders and my favorite place to eat I know that my food is not going to be messed up. Every single worker is kind.

The food is always good and fresh but they have one shake size now which is almost half the large but still charging the same price as the large

The sandwich, fries, and shake where better than expected.
The staff were very good in total performance. (Very young, and had a blip with the card reader)
The clientele was in a spectrum. I suspect hard right cliche. One of the guys was open carry a gun. That brings up too many opinions on overall safety.
We will probably go here in a pinch. Except on Sunday, because apparently they are closed on Sundays.

Love this location! My daughter and I go every Friday before she goes to school. The morning crew is the best! Quick service, fresh food, friendly employees!

One of the best fast food restaurants. Have loved everything I've ever gotten. Market salad delish. They have the art of a drive thru down to a science.

Always have great customer service, and the food is always tasty. Drive thru line is always long but they do serve quick and keep moving at a fast pace. Food is a bit more expensive than the typical "fast-food" establishment however much better quality. Overall a great place to get some good food if you're in a mood for something different than beef.

Great location and our orders are always correct. It seemed like there were 4,000 cars in line and we were able to get through very quickly. We will definitely come back sometime soon!

Itd be nice if the employees knew how to wash their hands and change their gloves. Love getting my Spicy Deluxe and feeling like everything in my bag was soaked in oil. Do better

I had the spicy chicken sandwich and the regular chicken sandwich also mac and cheese all were very very good had never been there before the regular chicken sandwich was very tender and juicy and the spicy chicken sandwich was extremely flavorful

Arnold, MO location. Rolled into the middle of a lunch rush (12: 30p) with approx 20 cars spread between 2 lines. I was so impressed by he fact that I had my food with about 6 min. Of course, the chicken sandwiches are worth waiting longer, but hands-off to these folks (especially the poor order-takers standing out in the rain) who make it all look really easy.

I never bin there before I heard that thay have good food there I went to try it someday I heard that the people that work there is very nice and friendly there

ChickFilA is revolutionary in their customer service approach, the way they store their togo food and the way the entire fast chicken experiment. They get an A.

Chick-fil-a is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. I love their crispy chicken sandwich and waffle fries! The service is fast and friendly, the food is great, and there's just no better place to go

This was the first time I visited a Chick-fil-A. The employees had a good system and nailed our order considering they were slammed with cars. Very impressive. Plus the food was really good. They would have gotten a 4th star if it weren't for the prices. Other than that. Over all good.

Foods great however curbside works don’t pay attention and don’t look when they cross in front of your car happened twice when I proceeded to move in line

Did the curbside ordering and got my order after about 50 drive thru vehicles and after vehicles pulling up after us in the curbside area. Guessing something happened with our order, we waited 20-25 minutes easily. Not even so much as a, "Sorry about your wait, " when we did get our order. Kind of left a sour taste in my mouth.
That said, food was good and fresh when we got it. Think 3 stars is fair based on today's events.
