We've been patients for 14 years and luckily our appointments have generally been well visits/annual visits with Dr. Riddell. She and her her nurses provide consistent care that never feels rushed. For the occasional sick/urgent care visits, we've almost always secure an appointment with a nurse practitioner for the same day. We were thrilled with the addition of Dr. Stasic a few years ago too, as my son feels more comfortable seeing a male doctor as he nears puberty.

My wife and I have been very pleased with the care and service provided by Pediatric Care North and all the staff there. Specifically, we are VERY thankful and appreciative for Dr. Kubart and her nursing staff. Dr. Kubart is well educated and informative, while also being excellent with our kids at making them feel comfortable and not fearful of the doctors office. You can tell Dr. Kubart and her nurse take pride in their work being done well and correctly. Above all else, when dealing with our kids health, having someone you can trust and feel cares deeply for them is the number one factor that makes Dr. Kubart our favorite person to deal with in situations that may not be so enjoyable. Thank you so much to Dr. Kubart and her nurse for going above and beyond the requirements! We really appreciate having you all on our team! A+

Terrible service when requesting them to complete FML form. My daughter has been sick with fever for 8 days and has seen 2 care providers during this time, with neither able to tell us what's wrong, other than "Likely a virus that needs to run it's course". When I submitted FML forms to Pediatric North to complete so I could care for my sick child (submitted after 7th day since we didn't know how long she would be sick) Dr.green refused to sign them because this is not a chronic ongoing illness. FML is to protect employees jobs when they have medical issues or when having to care for family members (like children) with medical issues.
My case clearly met the Department of Labor requirements for FML "conditions that incapacitate you or your family member (for example, unable to work or attend school) for more than three consecutive days and require ongoing medical treatment (either multiple appointments with a health care provider, or a single appointment and follow-up care such as prescription medication) ". My child was "incapacitated" for more than 4 days, and we had seen 2 care providers, so met the requirements as defined by the DOL, however instead of talking about this with me, Dr. Green just denied my FML request, and when I tried to discuss this with the Triage Nurse and the Nursing Supervisor, nobody would take my case seriously, and just reiterated the denial.
Apparently Dr.green thinks a 9 year old with 101-102 fever everyday for over a week should be able to stay home alone while parents go to work.
We have been taking our children to this Dr. Office for over 11 years, and our primary physician is Dr. Riddell. While she has been great over the years my overall experience with Dr. Green and everyone else who has responded on her behalf regarding my reasonable request to support my FML application has left me very disappointed with the service and professionalism of this office.

We had a really bad experience with Dr Beard she was focused on reprimanding my child with her mask several times instead of focusing on her diagnosis. It was a very bad experience as she was talking down to my child. There is always a problem with this clinic staff attitude, scheduling or providers. Very disappointed.

I was told by the clinic that they were in network with our insurance provider so I took my (3) kids for wellness visits and immunizations. Come to find out they were not in network and (3) years later I'm still paying for it.

The doctors at Pediatric Care North are amazing. Every one of them is so patient and kind. They truly take the time to listen to any concerns. Dr. Riddell is wonderful. She helps calm all my fears and takes the absolute best care of my children.

I have taken my daughters here since they were babies, and they're teenagers now. We have always seen Dr. Beard, and we love her! The staff is great, wait times aren't long, and Dr. Beard never rushes our appointments.

I really like our provider here. That said, we can never get an appointment. They are way too busy. I'm forced to find a new provider that can actually see my child within a month of calling. This is the third week in a row I have called to make an appointment and have been told they have nothing. Today, they finally told me I can get in more than 2 weeks from now. Clearly, they do not need my business.

The doctor we see is great; however, their billing practices are sneaky. They complete testing/screenings at well-child visits that are not covered by your insurance and then bill you out of pocket for it. When I called to complain, the billing person I spoke to said they don't have the manpower to call every single patient's insurance ahead of time to determine if those tests will be covered. That is unacceptable. If specific tests/screenings are done at specific intervals, they could call on behalf of the few patients per day that have a well-visit with that screening scheduled. She indicated that they see hundreds of children but obviously they don't see hundreds per day that fall into that narrow group. Instead, they expect the parents to decline the test without even being given the knowledge that they would be charged out of pocket. Parents beware.

This office is way too busy, they cannot give the attention needed to each family. After being at this office for 14 years with my 3 children, and happy with most of the Doctors here, we are going elsewhere. I only feel like a number at this office. The final straw was last year when my oldest confided to Dr. Storm of her troubles with mental health and was brushed away by Dr. Storm. I discussed my concerns with Dr. Storm, and again brushed away.

Very caring nurses and doctors and they're always able to find an appt or squeeze me in when it's urgent.

Their billing practices are archaic and the people that work in the billing department there are rude and I WILL NOT BE BRINGING MY KIDS back! The billing process is horrible.

Thank you Mikayla for taking my call today. You are a wonderful nurse and we appreciate you going out of your way to find the appropriate resources for my son. Thank you a million times over. You turned my immediate crisis into hope.

I have been bringing my daughter here since a newborn, she is now about to be 2. We have always gotten in same day if she was ill. Our main doctor is Finn, but we have seen other doctors as well when necessary, and always had a good experience.

I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Bays for ten years. We have always been able to get in for sick visits or have questions answered over the phone. I adore Dr. Bays and highly recommend her. She is down to earth, relatable and always takes her time with us.

We've been taking both our kids to this office for 6 years. Dr. Bays is the best, and every other provider we've seen has always given us excellent care. They provide Saturday and evening hours, which really helps out families like ours. They've always gotten my kids in right away when they've been ill. I can't recommend them enough!

Great care, great hours. I can always get an appointment when needed and advice given is always good. We've been very happy with Dr Kubart as she's tended my 6 kids. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for care.

Our little one has been a patient of Pediatric Care North since birth. They have always been able to accommodate a same day appointment if needed, the lactation nurses were phenomenal, minimal wait times, compassionate staff and the doctors are all wonderful.
