Restaurant Chili's reviews
17Excellent service in the bar for a late lunch. I hadn't had the nachos w/chicken in years and they were better than I remember. Great margarita too!
Generally this is a good place to go but I have to say this last time was a bit of a disappointment. I do realize that they are short staff like everyone is so I would expect the manager having to do other jobs but when we found a roach run across the table I would have expected the manager to at least stop by to apologize.
Anyway the food was good upto that point.
The wait was long. Only one server. The food is cold. The meat wasn’t cooked all the way. Highly don’t recommend this restaurant.
Everything was great! Food was amazing, server was amazing and loved her and she was so attentive. My kids love chili's, and I'm I'm glad we found one near our hotel
Even though they were short staffed, they accominated our group of 14. Food was prepared quickly and delivered hot and tasty. Staff wore masks.
Great service. Good food. Chili is mostly meat, which is a good thing. The only bad thing was that the servers didn't wear masks.
Broccoli was over peppered and so was mango Chile chicken. The server/bar tender said no cooks showed up. It took an extremely long time for food and beverages to be served. Entire restaurant seemed to be running on a skeleton crew.
Food was not up to the normal standard. The servers were really trying to do their best.
Food ended up giving me a stomach ache and I was unable to finish most of the food due to the late arrival and seasoning issues. I will not be coming back here again for several years as this was the first time in 3 years i had been there. Masking and social distancing was not enforced.
Went Sunday afternoon, 4p thy were closed so that employees could have more time with family. This is cool and I understand about family time.but someone has to work in order for the company to make money and employees to have a job.
They are severely understaffed right now but the service is the best it can be under those circumstances. The food is always good though and so are the drinks.
Great food but they were short-staffed with waitresses and waiters. Our server seemed very content with me waiting over a half hour for a simple refill. I wanted to eat more food but I had to wait until I had my refill.by then my food was cold. If you want great service in a timely manner, it obviously is not Chili's.
WiFi is so slow I couldn’t load anything. The Texas fries looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Had a bunch of extra stuff on it that I hated. Did not touch or eat them. Service and entree was good though.
Southwestern egg rolls were excellent. Miss the old menu with more MEXICAN food. Had chicken BLT, chicken was dry, overcooked. Waiter was very nice, perhaps a little hovering. Was disappointed & doubt I'll be back
Good service, great food, eat here at least once a month. Never had a mistake in my order. Recommend the 2 for $25 deal.
Food was good, our server was awful he would go to others and asked if everything was okay and passed our table twice. I guess it was because we only got the sampler appetizer and he wouldn't be getting a good tip, but he was an awful server
Met a friend for lunch. We were greeted promptly and seated. Our server was very attentive. The food was very well prepared and plated and tasted very good!
This location most generally always has there food on point with what you expect from a chilli's always friendly to go people
We ordered a to-go order for 4 people and an appetizer. They said it would be ready in 36 minutes and we got there at 37 minutes. We text the number back that we were here and they responded with we will gather your order and be out in a jiffy. The car beside us got there order and the girl went back inside. Within the next 15 minutes three other cars arrived and they all got their order. She walks over to us and asked what the name was and we told her and she said I think your orders ready. Another 7 minutes go by and she comes out and says they're waiting on a hamburger. We had been there for 35 minutes when our food finally comes out. We have a 10-minute drive home and when we got home all the food was cold. The fries were so cold it tasted like they hadn't even been cooked yet. Our fried pickles were greasy and cold. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. I know that when we place it to go order you have to account for some of the food cooling down but not for it to be cold. The way I see it is all of our food was ready and sitting there while they were making the other burger. I doubt I will ever do another to-go order.
