Always great food and excellent customer service. Simply mentioned that my steak was a bit tough. Without me asking, they comped my meal.

Our food was fresh and hot. It tasted great. Everyone was pleased. Our waitress Chezney (not sure on spelling) was fantastic!

I went into Chili’s with my family and had the greatest experience with our server Miranda. We have alot of dietary restrictions and she was very understanding and ensured it was all correct. Very friendly, professional, and attentive to our requests. We will come back only if Miranda is working and we can set in her area.

I had the new chili’s Philly it was pretty good. My wife got the triple dippers but came out with the wrong stuff it was fixed and rest was pretty good

Great food and plenty of it. Jo is great server. Only negative: we didn't care for the fried new mozzarella squares.

If I could give service 5 stars I would. We had a waitress today that was fantastic! I did catch her name before we left because she definitely deserves recognition. Her name was Joslyn and she was one of the best waitresses we've run across in a very long time. She not only was fast with her service but actually went through step by step on how to pay through the machine on the table. I've been to Chili's several times through the years and she has been the only waitress that actually explained how to pay. If she isn't already, she should definitely be the one training new wait staff. Kudos to Joslyn.

I'm not a big fan of the pay at your table. The food was great but our server only delivered our food and didn't check on us once. My husband had to go to the bar for a refill on his iced tea. Having worked in the industry for over a decade, I still tipped 20% but wondered why afterwards.

Had the 3 for me deals with sirloin steak Togo everything went smoothly order correct food was hot and made correctly sirloin steak was decent and price was good for portions provided under $20 with drink and appetizer good deal for todays current prices

Food was very blan. Lettuce was limp. It felt cluttered. The waitress was fine but food arrived slowly

Friendly staff, good food, I ordered the 3 combination fajitas it was delish! Service was fast, place was clean, great ambiance

Went to the bathroom and watched an employee walk out without washing their hands. Absolutely disgusting, I will not be returning.

We came in as a large party for lunch. Our wait was minimal and the waitress was phenomenal. Food was great and place was clean.

I hardly ever leave reviews but after this visit I felt like I needed to. Last time I was here was 8+ years, at minimum.

The food was awful. My last meal there 8 years ago was bad, but I thought, hey, they can’t mess up a burger. As the great Ron White says…I…was…wrong. My burger looked like a hockey puck. You know the one.that burger you accidentally leave on the grill for 20 minutes too long, then you cover the burnt side with cheese so your kids won’t see it and still eat it…yeah, I got one of those. Not sure what to say about the skillet queso…just don’t do it. They weren’t busy, new cook apparently, but they did take the hockey puck off the bill when it was brought up, which was great. Like I said, nice waitress, food was the worst. May see you in another 8+ years. 2 stars, one for the server and one for the very refreshing tea.

Good food, fast too. It was a big enough serving to have another meal out of pasta dish. Good the second time around.

Staff more interested in going home than serving us. Empty drink glasses and chips. Employees standing around doing nothing. Food was good; kudos to the kitchen at least!

Spent 87 dollars here on 4 people. Chili's has really gone down hill. I am sure they have jumped on the bang wagon of continuously blaming COVID, shut down, inflation, and the lack of staffing. These are all just easy way out excuses for business owners and managers to perform at low levels. One of the people in our party had to wait 20 minutes for their food to arrive to the table after the other three were served. She ordered chicken strips and fries. How does that take additional time? Two people in our party had shrimp and pasta and you want to tell me the chicken strips and fries took longer than shrimp and pasta? Our waiter started off great and then was not around much after. He came by twice to inquire about refills and not one of us were rude regarding the late arrival of the chicken strips! I did not believe this was his fault so no reason to take it out on him. The place had maybe 8 tables with people at them and other staff members standing around talking to each other so "busy" or "short staff" does not apply here. My party was enjoying the game tablet on the table not bothering anyone yet continuously was told how to pay the bill so that we could exit! There was no one in line for a table and we were enjoying ourselves after being apart for some time. Had there been a wait by other customers we would have left and allowed them to experience their regrets of choosing to eat at this establishment! I used to frequently visit this location in 2014 while my son was at the Children's Hospital between this Chili's and Olive Garden it is all he wanted so obviously I made it happen. It is very sad to report their service, taste of food, and overall experience has gone down hill drastically over the years!

Never, have I ever, had watery salsa before today. I wanted at least a piece of onion or a hunk of tomato! You seriously had to scoop up what you could and try hard not to drop any on you. Chili's used to have the best salsa around. What happened? !? ! The fries were literally soggy and tasted like old grease I mean come on people, change the grease this year!

Got food poisoning from here, do not stop here passing through on my way through the state ordered pickup here and I knew it was comin
